A wonderful little place close to the indoor market, Rosie's Tea Shop provides fabulous food, very reasonably priced. The portions are generous and there's a great atmosphere, largely due to Rosie and her staff, who show a genuine warmth and interest in all their customers. Even though it's very busy, meals are served quickly, whether it's something hot or tea... More

Pleasing tea shop. Lovely staff. Do hot meals as well as teas. Bonus...leaf tea in teapot with old fashioned tea strainer.

English breakfast excellent value staff very friendly and Rosie very helpful with advice on places to eat and visit. The tea was loose leaves and not the usual tea bags. Definitely worth a visit

Tucked away from the main shopping area near the Market it is easy to miss this place. The food here is very good value for money with a full English costing less than a fiver. The open sandwiches are very good too - with curly fries.

Found this amazing tea room along a side street from the central market. Real home cooked chips and I mean real home cooked chips 'to die for' and the most amazingly tasty steak pie. The breakfast food is exceptional and all at affordable prices. Its busy at peak times to say the least, business men, holidaymakers, workers , it appeals... More

Stopped for a lunch time snack on a busy sunny Saturday but had no problem finding a table outside. Greeted by friendly staff and served quickly. Lovely food, not too expensive and plenty of it. Nothing too much trouble. Will definitely eat here again even if we're local lol

This was our first port day on a 2 week cruise. We walked around the central market, and then stepped through to a small pedestrian street where we found this charming tea shop. It was a lovely day, so we sat at one of the outdoor tables and looked at the menu. A lovely lady came to take our order,... More
