We are relatively regular customers at the Goose, and after a brief dalliance with a very mediocre menu the food is now back to top notch. On Tuesday 16 of us decided to have what was to have been a pleasurable family evening at the...More

The 'madam' who showed us to the table put us in the huge batwing chair which were grossly uncomfortable, asked to move and had another table . Her half spoken English and speaking so fast was hard to understand. The lightening even the table next...More

What a fantastic little find this was. Initially just popped in for a drink, we were quickly enticed into having a light lunch. The fish was fantastic and I just had some cheesy garlic bread. The food and the service was that good we came...More

I have driven past this pub hundreds of times and always avoided it as it looks pretty poor from the road..however if only I had gone in sooner! Inside it is lovely and huge with a great beer garden out back. There is a huge...More

First night on Jersey and a pub which was walkable for me meant we tried this. Not disappointed at all with average priced meals which were promptly & pleasantly served.

Food is excellent quality and staff friendly. Range of menu was good and the steak was particularly tender. Well worth a visit.

The food was good at MJs but not as good as expected from its ratings. The Goose was relatively cheap and cheerful. Best meal was at The Old Courthouse.
