Had a wonderful cream tea in this lovely little hidden gem. Lovely little garden with a huge shady fig tree and plenty of tables inside. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

Always call in here for tea and sandwiches or salad. Hubby had a quiche and salad and I had salad sandwich, both were lovely and fresh and delicious. We both said that we would have a cake for dessert but were too full, I would advise if you want cake don't have anything else The ladies who run this tearoom... More

Second visit and just as good as the first time. Very good range of home cooked cakes. The pecan and maple tart was superb. Garden is pretty but but I went inside in search of shade. Service was efficient and friendly.

My partner and I had walked to Corbiere and were on our way back, we went off the trail and found Poplars Tea room, what a delight, we had tea and cakes under a huge fig tree in the garden! just what the doctor ordered! good choice of teas, all made in a proper tea pot! we were soon recharged.

Food okay. When my husband paid he did not realise Jersey currency has one pound notes and thought he had been given the correct change. However the next day he noticed the five pound note he had thought he had been given was a one pound note.

Stopped for a lunchtime snack. The cheese scone was warmed and it was delicious. It came with plenty of butter to smother on it. Sandwiches good too. Friendly service. There were some lovely looking cakes, but I didn't have one!!

Having been on Jersey for a week we visited The Poplars on our first day ... and every day thereafter (apart from Tuesday when its closed)! Everything is home made. Great selection of light lunches and the cakes are absolutely fabulous! Very friendly staff, outside and inside seating, clean fresh toilets. Faultless! We toured the island daily and found nothing... More

On one of the few sunny spells we had, we called in here for tea, scones and cream. Absolutely delicious and the garden was secluded, quiet and full of colour.

Visited this afternoon for a late lunch after a day's cycling. An excellent range of menu and generous portions. We opted for a quiche salad, which itself had a choice of two different types of quiche and a ploughman's lunch, again with a choice of accompaniments and three types of pickle! The staff were very friendly and the tea room... More
