Stopped off here on the way to the monastery. We all enjoyed our snack. The soup was delicious. The selection of bread for sandwiches was not great. I did notice three photographs priced at 50 euro each. I don't think they will sell these at that price.

A lovely stop in thr small village of Laragh in the Wicklow Mountains with a fantastic view on the surrounding hills. This was the first real coffee break I could take while walking on the Wicklow Way and the Latte I got was really tasty. Even better: the small grocery store offers a wide range of trek snacks and allows... More

I stopped at Glendalough Green while touring the Wicklow Mountains near Dublin. What a nice surprise to get such tasty home-made food. My friends and me also liked the settings of the restaurant a lot. It felt like eating at a friend's place.

During a recent self catering stay at Glendalough, County Wicklow, I was absolutely thrilled to discover Glendalough Green, a café-deli in Laragh, just a short distance away, with eat in and take out options.. Staff members are pleasant and helpful and know how to make a decent coffee! In the café section there is a variety of wholesome food including soup... More

Location is excellent with plenty of outdoor seating. Fine for a cup of tea after a walk and a fairly basic sandwich. I've been here twice and forgave the flies landing on the food inside the first time. I mentioned it to the owner at the time...who expressed surprise, but they were difficult not to notice. On the second visit,... More

I had the most delicious sandwich from Glendalough Green. The bread was full of seeds. I recommend the beetroot salad...a must try.

A big Irish welcome greeted us when we pulled in for refreshment. The coffee was as good as we have had anywhere on our travels, the selection of hot or cold food was excellent and the cakes just topped off a pleasant lunch. Make sure to stop by if you are travelling through.

Glendalough Green, home made food, the best products are used. The owner and her sister are 2 pearls and have some great staffs, go there and have a relaxing time if not too many cyclists.
