Excellent seafood chowder, fish and chips and Guinness! Live music and wood stove were a great addition. Don’t pass this up when in Spiddal!

Fabulous dinner, great local "Aran Island Goat Cheese" appetizer, great local pint selection, friendly service, and we even caught a local musician "trad" jam session as well. If you're lucky enough to pass through Spiddal, make sure to stop at Tigh Giblin.

Warm and friendly pub where you get great service and great food. Live music was fantastic with family members of the pub coming down from a party upstairs, joining in on the session. Definitely sit at the bar after you eat and get to know...More

Visited this pub twice during my visit to connamara. Despite being limited for space and tables it's surprisingly cosy with a friendly atmosphere. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. My advice would be to visit on a Sunday evening during the summer where you'll...More

They accept reservations other than weekends. Go anyway, the wait will be worth it. Here's a thought: most Americans enjoy dinner MUCH earlier than locals or Europeans. If you're used to dinner round 6pm, they'll think... More
