Ordered food, 40 minutes later, finally got my order minus the onion rings I ordered. Checked my order and wrong sandwich was on the tray, manage4 took it off and placed it back on shelf, customer behind me told her to take it off the...line and throw it in trash that was nasty and could not be served, manager did so but was not pleased, he demanded his money refunded and left. The manager kept saying that things were wrong was because fry cook was on break. Restaurant was dirty, ceilings, floors, restrooms, walls. Ate here couple years ago when passing through area, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone now or Ever,,,, health department needs to take a strong look at this place!More

We've never been to one of these so decided to try it. 1st attempt to get in the building failed as the door was locked. There were people inside so we checked the side door and it was open. Young man cashier seemed bored but...friendly enough. Food was prepared quickly and was okay, probably the only time we'll eat at a JnB again though. Some fries were rock hard like they'd been deep fried twice. This location was filthy and needs an extreme deep clean. Whoever the manager is, they're doing a terrible job. Pretty sure we saw drug deals right outside, and one rude girl (the only other customer there) was talking very loudly on her cell phone (on speaker!) the whole time we were there. Then a possible homeless man came in, laughed with the girl and left again. Needless to say, I kept my expensive bag real close to me. Would not recommend or ever go to this location again.More

Food was ok, nothing to get excited about. There were ants all over the fountain drink machine. The front counter attendant spent most of his time chatting with a friend, who was practically laying across the counter while scratching his private parts. The tables were...sticky. The floors were disgusting. This was one of the most unprofessional crews I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Constantly yelling and screaming at each other and running outside to talk with others. I don’t know where the manager was, or if they even cared what was going on. I will not be visiting this establishment ever again.More

The food is okay, it is somewhat over priced, the place is dingy and dull and somewhat under staffed. Needs a facelift badly.

Do not bother, I see now why they are disappearing. The bacon blue cheese ribeye burger has no bacon nor blue cheese. All this for waiting close to 25 minutes. My first and LAST time to visit jack in the box!!

The staff was friendly, but the food was subpar for a Jack-in-the-Box. My husband’s Sourdough Jack was luke warm, and he couldn’t even eat it. The establishment needs a bit of updating. It’s starting to look worn. The bathrooms weren’t awful, but weren’t good either.

Living in MI, I had never had JnB so wasn't sure what to expect, just wanted something quick for lunch. I got a bacon/swiss butter burger with curly fries & an oreo shake. All were really good! Burger was one of the better fast food...burgers I've had, curly fries were fresh & hot & shake was super thick. Definitely a fanMore

We drove from the basketball state tournament in Murfreesboro to eat here. Arrived at 8 pm. Posted hours said it closed at 10. It was locked up and no one in sight on a Friday night.

We visited this location last night. There was 6 people in our party. 5 adults and 1 child. The first 4 of us placed our order and paid and then the remaining 2 adults ordered and paid. We received our cups after a friendly reminder...to the employee we still needed one more cup. We got our drinks and looked for a seat. We then received a tray of food for the first set of paying party. The order was messed up and the employee had charged for the wrong meal and we was missing a biscuit that was ordered had the wrong fries but we had an egg roll that we did not order. After explaining to the staff what happened the biscuit was found the egg roll belonged to the second paying party and they was fixing the burger mixup and fixing the fries. We had a seat to wait. Second employee brought out the new fixed burger and said I gave you extra meat for the wait. The original order was for a sour dough burger and they had fixed a double jack so to fix the problem the employee simply changed the bread... This only helped her and she tried to say she made it better for my wait. We brought it to their attention and all they did to fix it was throw two slices of tomatoe and a piece of Swiss cheese in a bag. In the meantime our second part of our paying party still had not received their food, well over 30 minutes. Bringing it to the staffs attention that they had only recieved an egg roll on our tray and their drinks. The stunned employees frantically threw their order together. One of them had ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl(hence the egg roll) we had to inform the staff over 5 times all they had recieved was the egg roll. After receiving their food they had given them a spoon to eat with, it was covered in what appeared to be insulation or a light peach furry colored substance. The employee laughed it off said oh it must have been something from the box! The rice for the chicken bowl was hard like raw rice and was unable to be eaten but after all we had been given the girl who had ordered it was afraid to order something different but we paid another $5 for her a burger! The chicken biscuit was not what was expected either! My sister loves Jack in the box and that's why we went. She was very disappointed! We was the only customers dining inside the building this was a nightmare. The bathrooms well that's a whole other story. I do not recommend this location.More

Jack in the Box has a number of tasty menu items, and often offers some interesting custom burgers. The service is usually OK at the Lebanon location, and most of the time the place looks clean. It's just not my favorite.
