Really enjoyed first visit to Potager. Some really good dishes on their tasting menu and well balanced wine tasting menu to accompany. Service was very assured which made for an all round great experience. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Before we ate, we had a drink in the gorgeous and welcoming reception area, which was a great start to the evening. The food was creatively and beautifully served up, and delicious. The staff were friendly,...helpful and knowledgeable. I mightn't be going again for a while, as it's pricey enough, but if you're looking for a special occasion meal, you will not be disappointed with Potager.More

This was our second visit to Potager, having been in the few weeks after they first opened. We loved it then but it's got even better. €60 tasting menu for 8 courses of this quality is an absolute steal. The wine pairing was imaginative and...just right for each course. For us, certainly the best restaurant between Chapter One on Parnell St in Dublin and Eipic on Howard St in Belfast. The service is fantastic; precise, knowledgeable and friendly. They even marked my birthday very nicely (no idea how they found out). Ten-minute walk from Skerries train station, which itself is only 35 minutes from Dublin city centre. It seems they do a special midweek tasting as well. As if the value could get any better. I hope the good people of Skerries appreciate what's on their doorstep!More

Stunning! Simply stunning! From the first mouthful of home baked brown bread to the last delicious petit four, this was a simple stunning meal. The staff are utterly delightful and the service is subtle yet warm and friendly. And Kate is the perfect host. Congratulations...one and all - Potager is simply stunning!More

Myself and a friend went last Saturday week for a catch up and a chat. We arrived early and were out in the rain, we called and a nice lady let us in out of the cold. I had an excellent craft beer, my friend...has a whiskey and ginger which he didn't like, it was changed and to our surprise later, not charged for. We sat at a corner table and the atmosphere was great. We ordered the 6 course dinner and wine pairing, we also had two cheeseboards and two tawny ports. It was an excellent feast and three hours later we left fully satisfied. At 325 euro its not cheap but it is excellent. I'm going to bring my wife for her birthday in two weeks and can't wait to go back.....More

The food is excellent. I have been 4 times and it is impressive. The staff are friendly but eccentric. They make comments ( like Basil Fawlty ) if you don’t clear your plate. The first time I was there the male waiter asked me if...I had problems with carrots when I didn’t clear the plate. A different person asked what was wrong with the desert and really laboured the point. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Meanwhile , the front of house lady made an ageist comment about one of our party when I was settling up. She probably thought she was being funny but she came across as over familiar and unaware of boundaries.More

We had a lovely lunch here for a family members birthday. We were in a private area & Matthew (our server) was incredible!! Potager caters really well to food allergies & everyone said the food was delicious. Only negative was we found the door a...little hard to find, otherwise everything was perfect!More
