I wish we had a Conners' in Chattanooga. We were in Knoxville for some real estate business that was completed early so going with Tripadvisor arrived at Conner's around 5pm on the 18th. Friendly greeting and was quickly seated in a nice booth. We had...a professional, helpful and very attentive server named Lexi, 5 star service. We did not have to ask for drink refills or anything. Conner's is the best restaurant that my wife and I have ever visited, when I say "best" I mean all the food, drinks, service, atmosphere was top of the class. A lot of items on the menu we wanted to try but can't do it all in one trip. We did our best and went for as much as we could and had a full Conner's dining experience. It was 5 O clock somewhere so started with a Margarita (house brand) for the almost birthday girl. Shared the VooDoo Shrimp, excellent, could be a little to spicy hot for some sensitive tastes. We both had the Lobster Crab Bisque which tasted awesome, great flavor, pieces of lobster and crab, tie with the best ever we had in Erie PA. We both ordered the Surf & Turf 6oz Filet and 1 and 1/2 broiled Lobster Tail, differences hers medium and mine medium rare, wife added Blue Cheese Butter and Red Wine reduction to her Filet. Both Steaks cooked as ordered and was the best tasting and tender we have ever had. The drawn butter is kept warm in a little skillet holder with a tea candle under it. Both Lobster tails were a nice size, tender and had a sweet flavor. Wife passed on desert but I had some of the best Creme Brule I've ever tasted. Oh almost forgot the Surf & Turf also came with Loaded Bake Potatoes which neither of us could do justice to so we brought those home for todays lunch. This was a special occasion and we don't get to visit Knoxville often, that being said I would be lying to say this was a cheap meal, it wasn't to a lot of people it was an expensive meal but I want to be clear in my opinion it was worth every penny. A nice management lady stopped twice at our table to check on us. They have affordable menu choices, stop by and ask for Lexi. You can be certain we will visit again when in West Knoxville. My wife was in a wheelchair and the staff was very helpful.More

Food is great and the service is even better! We really enjoyed eating here when coming through Knoxville. We had filets, prime rib and salmon and everything was cooked to perfection.

I happen to be in Knoxville and, reading trip advisor's reviews, decided to go have dinner at this place last night with my fiancé. At first glance I knew it was a place with a very nice setting, we didn't do a reservation and they...still happily accommodate us as walk-ins. Our server was Rachel who is very professional and attentive, She offered the specials of the day and mi fiancé ordered the surf & turf ($65) and I went for a 6oz filet mignon with blue cheese and a wine red reduction ($34). Surf and turf comes with 2 sides for which he chose asparagus and broccoli; I don't think I've ever said this but even the broccoli was amazingly delicious. The lobster tail was one of the biggest I've seen in my life and his filet was right on point. As for my filet, it came with one side and choice of soup or salad; I had the house salad with blue cheese (came with bacon, nuts, lettuce and tomato) and it was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! When I got my entree it looked amazingly good but, when I tried it, OMG it was heaven on a bite!! Ordered my filet medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. Sadly, I couldn’t get to the dessert section but if they are anything like the entrees this would be perfection!! I need to say that the food it’s on the pricey side but I swear it’s worth every penny!!! We will go back anytime I’m on Knoxville and I recommend you do the same!!More

A meal of perfection. Husband and wife traveling, found the restaurant by accident. Walked over from hotel. Andrew brought out bread immediately, with our drinks. The Butter is being tested with a “basil pesto butter”, made in-house . It is delicious! We each ordered filet...mignon. Meat is cooked over Mesquite wood. The steak is infused with the flavor of that wood. Magnifico! That flavor of the steak just can’t be faked. They cooked it perfectly, rare, just like I like it. Strawberry shortcake is the one desert that offers a half portion. Andrew was so knowledgeable about the details of the menu. He ran down the list of the ingredients of various menu items. Shared with us the test butter, welcoming comments. House salads: lettuce, tomatoes, carrots , almonds , eggs, bacon and eggs. I was grateful for that info- as I can’t eat bacon. Kitchen held the bacon. Baked potato, I was pleased not to find it covered in salt, and once again held the bacon. We shared a half portion of strawberry short cake. A scoop of homemade (in-house) vanilla ice cream, on top of pound cake with strawberries and whipped cream. The texture of the ice cream, only took a moment to realize the homemade creaminess, flavor was home made and not store bought. We do not have a negative word to say about this restaurant. Quick note : there is a children’s menu. I would not hesitate to bring well behaved children for an adult dinner.More

This was my second time dining at Connors. The first time, I had the prime rib... Completely unremarkable, but adequate. It was just....prime rib...and not worth a review. This evening, however, I chose the Parmesan Encrusted Halibut. I was FABULOUS. (and hence the 5 stars)...Perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and the sauce was to die for.. It came with cous cous (also fab), and asiago creamed spinach. DO try this next time you are there, you will not be disappointed.. I also had the Bananas Foster, which put me more in mind of a stickey toffee pudding than the usual rendition of bananas foster.. It came with (supposedly) home made vanilla ice cream. It was delicious... Do spoon the sauce over the cake..and let it soak in...it is *divine*.. :-DMore

Every Associate was both courteous and happy. Service was impeccable and I should mention that my Wife and I have been there the last two weekend and have already made a reservation for the upcoming weekend. Everything we ordered was the best we ever had...no matter what it was. But as for me, the LOBSTER BISQUE I could literally drink from a glass because it's that good!!! LOL Would recommend this place to everyone. Larry and AnnieMore

Our waitress, Lexi, and the manager Darren are lovely people who treated us kindly. My wife ordered a meal she ended up not liking (through no fault of the restaurant or staff). They took care of the meal immediately and replaced it with something more...to her liking. We had a wonderful experience and great conversation with the staff and management who took care of us.More
