We drove past and saw the Lunch Special sign. We are so glad we turned around and tried it out! We all had the special 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup. Loved the lobster bisque and the fresh baked bread. We actually told many people...how much we loved it and they should try it!More

After lunch we did some more shopping and then decided to have a dessert snack. We were lucky. We wanted some cherry pie and all the pies baked that day were sold out except the cherry. Outstanding. We also bought two kinds of bread to...take home. We will return.More

This is an excellent bakery. Their baked goods production seems to be focused on traditional breads and pies and these are very tasty indeed. I especially like the onion-dill rye bread. Old Mill also has a heavier rye as well as whole wheat, an "Amish"...bread, a "honey" bread and several other sorts. A loaf of their breads sells for about $5. Pies are offered at $12 each for a pie. The selection is limited to the traditional flavors, including apple, cherry and peach. I recommend the "fruit of the forest" pie, which consists of several of the fruit ingredients.More

If you want to buy some loaves of bread to take home, this is the place. But if you want to order something to eat there, you'll find few offerings. I had a turkey sandwich, and it was rather thin, and the fruit cup was...tiny. Nor do they have baked chips (just fried). They do include a small brownie bite with a "meal," but you'll still leave hungry. I was the only person "eating in," and maybe that's why.More

I've bought bread here for years, and am here to tell you, it is EXCELLENT! Their rolls are what dreams are made of. If I could turn into a piece of bread, it would be one made by the Old Mill Bread Company. You simply...must experience it.More

The Old Mill Bread Co is a bakery and cafe offering bread made from scratch and sandwiches, soups, and sides. This visit was for lunch. They have a nice selection of deli sandwiches and house made soups. I tried the chicken salad with chicken tortilla...soup. Both were very tasty. Each meal comes with a brownie bite a small desert to finish your meal.More

I'm not sure why this place doesn't have more reviews, it's always packed at lunch. It's a simple spot but that's what makes it so good. I always get a soup and a sandwich. I see that they bake their own breads and pies. I...haven't tried them but I'm sure those are tasty too.More

This is a regular lunch spot for me. I usually get the cactus chili which is deliciously sweet and smokey. At less than $5 for a bowl of soup and a side, this is a great value place. The owners are friendly and chat to...the regulars like family. I have also bought their local honey. The pie is also fabulous with light crisp crust and tasty fillings.More
