Service by Daniel was excellent. Food was good. I agree with other viewers on the price. My disappointment is with the older interior which doesn’t match the online pictures. Bench seat had gaps and in those gaps old food crumbs. A refresh on the interior...would be a start.More

The Melting Pot used to be a staple of reliability. Now unfortunately it’s day has past. I went on a Friday with my family. The appetizer for 3 was $33. For the three of us we received five bite sized pieces of bread and about...ten bites of vegetables. All the accompaniments could easily fit on a six inch plate. We asked for more bread but was told that they were out of bread. Eating the cheese appetizer off of our spoons was disappointing. The rest of the meal wasn’t any better. The fillet was of the lowest quality I have ever seen. The salmon reeked of old fish. Then I was excited to think they couldn’t possibly mess up the desert. Unfortunately once again they were out of accompanying items. What a load or crap. All for the low price of $210. I will definitely never be back.More

I enjoyed the experience tonight . JR provided excellent service I would definitely recommend asking for him. He was very knowledgeable of all the cooking styles and flavors. Very friendly person. Food was excellent everything was as expected. Great place for a date or special...occasion. Once again JR was awesome. He was the first waiter in all the times we have been here to bring us butter for our lobster.More

My husband and I came to The Melting Pot for our fifteenth anniversary tonight, after spending our first date and fifth anniversary here. The quality of food and care is timeless, we haven't had a bad experience yet. Each visit, we are taken care of...by attentive, friendly servers, and tonight was no exception. J.R. took care of our every need, with a joyful and personable attitude, which just added to our wonderful night. He is a blessing and a great asset to the restaurant. I highly recommend The Melting Pot to anyone looking for not just an incredible meal, but also a superb experience.More

I visited the Melting Pot Knoxville location with three friends, and we were waited on by Aaron, who shared with us his plans as a newer GM, took care of us like we were royalty, and ultimately made our millionth experience at the Melting Pot...the best one yet. His kindness and true effort to improve any issues from the past were so obvious. Thanks again so much, Aaron!More

My husband and I made the decision to eat here because we saw an ad for the Big Night Out for $28 per person. We thought “what a deal!!” Well it turns out it was a bait and switch. When we arrived at the restaurant...I didn’t see the dinner option on the menu so I asked the server and he explained that the special was only meant for one restaurant in SC but that it was posted to all Melting Pots on social media. While this is possible, it seems the local establishment could have called and told us since the special was only for today,February 28 but they didn’t. I happened to call at 4:00 pm to ask about moving our reservation to an earlier time and no one bothered to mention the mix up then either. It then turned into a comedy of errors. When we arrived, they didn’t have the earlier time noted in the reservations. My husband tried to order a beer and none of the four he requested were in stock, even one recommended by the server. The food was good and the server did his best. We tipped him the customary 20% the comedy of errors were not his fault. However I don’t see us going back anytime soon.More

My wife and I went to the Melting Pot for a romantic dinner as we have done scores of times over the last 20+ years. For the second time in a row, a screaming and shrieking child at the next table ruined our meal. The...manager was not the least bit helpful. If I wanted that ambiance, I would go to Chick Filet or McDonald's and save $200.00. No child under 5 can behave for a 2 hour meal. We will not be back until there is a minimum age.More

Great experience here - our 2nd time at this location and we’ve also been to the gatlinburg location once. This location is far superior minus the views of the mountains. Logan took care of us and did an exceptional job. The steak entree is our...new favorite over the classic. Sooo good!More

Maybe it's Covid related, but portion sizes and quantity have def. seemed to decrease. The cheese course use to come with plentiful veggies, but now it's mainly bread. Entree portions seem smaller too, though I could be mistaken. I usually enjoy eating at the Melting...Pot in other locations, but this was definitely a negative experience for us.More

I think it has to be by code. I know I had to go up steps when I took my granddaughters but it seems like there was an elevator there? Call them and ask.
