I'm an Italian food snob and judge every Italian restaurant by their spaghetti and meatballs. If you can't get that right, everything will be sub par The atmosphere of the dual-themed restaurant (the other side is a steak place) was intimate, perfectly lighted, with gorgeous finishes and quiet enough even with a room full of patrons that my wife and... This was a lovely surprise and we had a most leisurely dinner experience. Our waitress Wendy was a delight and so helpful and attentive. There is a nice variety of wine to choose from. The tapenade that is served with the bread is wonderful We shared a tomato caprese salad which was excellent with fresh tomatoes in season ,buffalo mozarella... More

The Filet Marsala is wonderful. The waitress at Copper Cellar West was bragging about their new Cappuccino chef. So I tried the filet. It melts in your mouth and the sauce is so delicious. I had the cheese grits with it which were also great! If you haven't been to Copper Cellar West/Cappuccino lately, you need to try it now!

Whenever we have a special occasion, and we are very creative in our definition of such an occasion, we book a dinner at Cappuccino's in Knoxville. It is about a 45 minute drive for us and always worth the time. They have an excellent wine list, serve the finest Italian cuisine, the service is most professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Cappuccino's... More

We have eaten here periodically over the years, but they have a menu new to us. I have travelled in Italy and this menu is very reminiscent of my dining experience there. Everything we had was very good and our server, Wendy, provided excellent suggestions and service. If you like real Italian cuisine (not just pizza and spaghetti), I suggest... More

I had planned a dinner for a larger party so they put us in the Cappuccino side of the restaurant. We had 26 people, they only had 2 servers on our party. The first server said he had 11 years in fine dining (there is NO way). Both servers knew I was the one paying for the whole check, and... More

Thank you for taking the time write about your experience. I'm terribly sorry and embarrassed for the experience you had. My biggest regret is that I wasn't madequate aware of this while you were here. We pride ourselves on great food and excellent service and we dropped the ball with your party. This is not what we do night after... More

We first went to Cappuccino's many years ago and, while enjoyable, it didn't really make a huge impression on us. We returned from out of town in January and decided to give it a try. We both had a wonderful meal, and have been back 3 times since. The attention and suggestions made by the servers were very helpful. I... More

First time in. Took 15 minutes for someone to pour water. Actually was not our assigned waiter but said she would help. When our actual waiter showed up this went down hill. He missed that we were short a bread plate. Poured my wine into my glass from 18" above my glass for effect not realizing this is terrible form.... More
