Fromthe time my wife and I walked up to the lady working at cafeteria style counter to place our order to the obnoxious man at the register, I believe his name is Michael F. thats on my receipt. This should of been a sign to...walk out with there rude and unacceptable attitude.
The ribs my wife ordered where dried out and very little meat, terrible.
We use to go to there other location that closed and never had an issue there. This was the first and last time we'll be coming back here.More
Very nice people but they were out of several items when we visited. It also seems like we received the end of the day meats since the ribs were hard and dry. We would try again just to make sure since the reviews seem to...be better than our experience.More
Pretty good BBQ. We had the ribs, pork, and brisket. All of it was good. I’m a rib man, but the rub and sauce were a little spicier for me. The best thing was the banana pudding. There is a lot more parking than I...was figuring for a small area. Line does not move all to quickly, but it’s good Barbeque and worth it.More
I thought it was good but not great. The brisket was not so tender . My biggest concern was the three full bearded guys working the food line without beard covers. Then another bearded guy walks out of the kitchen without a beard cover ....This is unacceptable .More
Was driving through town at lunchtime looking for bbq. Found Sweet P's and decided to take a chance. Great decision, the ribs were wonderful, dry rub (sauce not necessary), juicy, tender and tasty. I would definitely go again.
Always looking for local BBQ places when traveling. This spot is very good. They have a well seasoned dry rub. They offer 3 types of sauces. The "thick" is tomato based, "thin" is vinegar based and "hot"is a thin sauce with chipotle puree. They have...something for everyone. No thrills here but good food. For those looking for custard style banna pudding they don't offer that here. Just fair warning but it is offered as a side choice which is nice.More
