Great BBQ, excellent side dishes and great atmosphere. Affordable prices. I tried the pulled pork sandwich, excellent sauce.

Great BBQ at reasonable prices. Found this place on the New York Times travel section and it clearly did not disapoint. BBQ was fresh and tasty along with the sides. Location a bit "rustic" but charming. Parking a little tight but worth the squeeze.
We were in the Knoxville area and searched on Trip Advisor for a BBQ place. Landed at Sweet P's BBQ and Soul. Great service and food. This is fast food BBQ with very reasonable prices. We had pork BBQ, chicken BBQ and ribs. Also had...More
Had eaten here a few years back and just happened to be flose by and thought I would try again. Barbecue is just one of those foods that's unique to the palate. It didn't have much flavor for me. I think the reliance on seasoning...More
Fast food casual dining with a bar and televisions. There's no pleasant greeting to make you feel like a valued guest. Diners are expected to know what to order when arriving so for being a first time guest it was not a. Pleasant experience and...More
While I would not disagree that it has gone down slightly in the last year; that's going down from incredibly high bar. Still some of the best barbecue in Knoxville and in a very unique setting. Great beer selection and creative barbecue offerings including my...More
Very cool location, very friendly and helpful staff, smelled great and the taste was excellent, the Brisket was juicy and very good as well as the mac & cheese which was amazing. I definately will be eating there again anytime I am in Knoxville.
The brisket was very good and flavorful, and the Mac & Cheese is AWESOME. The BBQ sauce was strange, they had seeds in them. Cant have seeds.
The past 2 times we visited the pork was dry and not as flavorful as in the past. The cost has gotten to the point where we cannot economically justify dinner here. A plate plus soft drink is more then $12...for a family of 3...More
Sweet P's is as local as it gets! We've eaten here dozens of times & now bought a house 1.8 miles from here (now, I'm as I call myself, a "sport- eater", but that's not entirely why we bought our house!), so we will be...More
