You have probably driven by Echo a million times and not realized it is there or noticed it and didn't think any further of it. Well stop that and get yourself a reservation! How this place isn't packed is beyond me. The food is super delicious. I could make a meal of just the bread and pesto...and I don't normally... More

We eat here often with my husbands business. I have never had a bad meal from Echo. We have tried a variety of the dishes on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. The chef always come out table side to ask about any food allergies, or if he can prepare anything special for anyone. They have an extensive... More

We went to Echo Bistro on a Saturday night with another couple, and judge it to be a very good, credible option for fine dining in Knoxville. I think that Bistro By the Tracks and Primo are a bit better, and the Orangery is a bit worse. When we arrived, we asked for a table that had not been set... More

Echo consistently offers excellent food, service, and atmosphere. A great place to dine as a couple or with a group of friends. Interesting and unique menu choices, and the owner/chef Seth Simmerman is willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions.

My new client recommended this restaurant. A wonderful, calming atmosphere. The chef / owner comes over to pass on some advice about the special or other special piece of information about the food on the menu.....There is most likely not a bad item on the menu......So the Food was Incredible, the Service was Impeccable and I will definitely return! GO... More

Amazing dinner at Echo for my dad's birthday. Very polished service. The wild mushroom soup had complex flavors. Delicious lamb chops with an interesting array of sides. The crab cakes were delicately seasoned and the tuna was very fresh. We were also treated to a baked Alaska for dessert, flamed table side!

By far the BEST meal I had while traveling to Knoxville on business. My last visit I ordered the Oriental Chinatown Express and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! The Chef also made his rounds to ensure I was pleased with my meal.

My wok fried lobster was excellent, but the lettuce wedge was average and my crab bisque seemed like it had been heated up a couple times. $500.00 meal for four. 2 bottles of wine. My husbands trio of venison, lamb, duck looked like stew thrown on a plate. He wasn't happy, too much sauce. Waitress needed more help! Don't sit... More

Service was good. Too much sauce on the plate on my entree, way too much. An expensive night out, I've had a lot better locally for a lot less. Nothing really enticed me to give it another try.

Always nice to see chef and hear his stories. They cook some really great meals here and we've always been pleased. Their pesto is amazing and you can get a pint to go. Wife had a fish with capers last time that was outstanding, and I had a combo meal that had fish and beef tenderloin. A++++
