Would go alot and get fish and chips, but since they sold the fish seems different and sometimes not done and the slaw is no longer any good. the service is always wonderful. Hoping they sell to someone else, Aubrey's food has always been sub par and over priced.

We had lunch in this charming pub but actually being British we found the cuisine quaintly confused. The food was tasty but whilst the menu had a few British dishes there were more than a few that Brits have either never heard of or simply would not eat! The staff were superb and fascinated with our take on things. (We... More

The food here is really good, with good service. The atmosphere is really nice particularly around the holidays.

The food was fabulous, the service was great and the atmosphere was even better. We enjoyed our dinner and stayed for the live jazz band and they were very good. This is a nice place to enjoy an evening.

My last day in Knoxville before flying home; I enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the patio of this restaurant on a beautiful Fall day. The back patio/beer garden is delightful. I'd love to see it lit up at night. Great drink selections. I chose a red wine sangria that was autumnal and refreshing both. The fish and chips were fantastic... More

I'll start by saying we visited on Labor Day. Still being new to Knoxville I don't know what holiday crowd patterns would be one, so I made reservations. That wasn't necessary. We were the third table in the place...for almost the whole meal. It wasn't very busy. The atmosphere is OK. Lots of tvs going with all mannetvof sports and... More

Traveling home to West Lafayette from Asheville North Carolina doesn't provide many dining options at 2PM on a Sunday afternoon. My husband and I typically eat a Paleo diet so food chains are not an option. We were thrilled by the quality of food and the excellent service (thanks, Bridgett!!) at the Crown & Goose. We each ordered a side... More

This is a unique place for downtown Knoxville. Their staff is friendly, the entrees varied and as a result price choices very good. They have many beverage choices, to remain competitive. The fare has British roots, according to the menu description and the two entrees we had were full of flavor. The only negative was the price of their desserts;... More

My wife and I met for the All Day Happy Hour on Tuesday. The craft beer list is small, but just enough that you should be able to find something to your taste. Ryan and Amber were behind the bar. They made me feel quite welcome with good conversation to fill the gap before my wife arrived. We ordered off... More

My wife and I figured we needed a bit of food before heading out of town and we weren't disappointed. We had an order of chips which were perfect. Then she had the Caesar salad and I had the deviled eggs three ways which was awesome. Brit cocktails were perfect, we enjoyed the Blood and Sand. Will go there again.
