The food was pretty consistent with other Perkins we have visited. It wasn't great, but it was terrible either. The restaurant seemed to be a favorite of local senior citizens and it was enjoyable to watch the servers interact with the other patrons. Everyone there was obviously enjoying themselves and it made for a pleasant atmosphere.

We stopped here after a long day of driving. The server was pleasant and recommended specials. Salmon was out of this world. We asked that she set back slices of lemon meringue pie, which she did. When you go to Perkins, always get pie!

After a long day at a Conference we stumbled upon Perkins. Wasn't busy, wait staff attentive and the food was great. Thank you!

This restaurant has dedicated folk serving. The food is fresh frozen and the prices are very low. There is no alcohol served and a person staying at the Comfort Inn gets 10% off. The table was clean and the salt and pepper worked.

Friendly staff--awesome manager, Trigg! Food is always good and the recent renovation has the place looking great. Don't forget free pie Mondays.

We stopped here on our way through town, traveling toward home. We were pretty famished, and this restaurant was convenient and fit the bill. Since we hit it after the lunch rush, it wasn't very crowded, so we were seated immediately and got really good service. I had the patty melt, and gobbled it up! It was the best patty... More

Below average food at average prices. Service was inconsistent. The only thing that has not changed for the worse is the coffee.

While staying in Kingsport for the evening, my wife and I went for dinner at Perkins on Mar. 3/16. We were quickly seated, and our server was Cassia. What a pleasant person, and excellent service. I had the turkey dinner with 2 sides, and my wife had the pasta with shrimp dinner. Both meals were good. ;-). Recommended.

I've seen Perkins Restaurants a number of times but this was my first meal. Nice place. Well lit so I could read the book I brought. Friendly and attentive service. Moderate prices for good sized portions.
