We ate here on a recent Saturday. The wait was about 1 hour. During the wait there were multiple tables that remained un-bussed. Not sure if there was not enough servers or bussers, but I think the host should have mentioned that once you checked in. It seemed several servers were saying they were sorry. Once seated, our server took... More

My wife and enjoyed a terrific value with the $8.99 lunch combos and added the bison meatball appetizer which was delicious. Strawberry Grilled Chicken Salad with Fench Onion Soup was one of the best meals light I've had in sometime. Courteous and helpful wait staff and host.

Brand new, just opened. Extensive menu. Service is excellent. Atmosphere quiet, low key, very relaxing evening for us. Food served as fast as can be expected, for a very packed house. We highly recommend this establishment.

I like that this was just like the Longhorn in our hometown, Sometimes you just want something you are familiar with.

I used to have to drive to Gatlinburg to get what I consider a premium steak but LongHorn has changed that. Their Outlaw ribeye is absolutely the best ribeye in the area. It is a bone in ribeye and it is Fabulous.

Service and the food quality are the same as all the other LongHorn Steakhouses. The quality of the steaks is mediocre at best and the prices are relatively high, but it serves its purpose for Kingsport.

I ordered the 10 oz. NY Strip Steak and mashed potatoes. Compared to the Long Horn in Johnson City, I would rather go to Johnson City. Kingsport steak had fat on it whereas Johnson City had none. I liked the rolls in Johnson City compared to the bread in Kingsport. And the steak was a lot juicier in Johnson City... More
