Quick service food that tastes good, but is terribly expensive. Almost $50 dollars for a family of four. Not the local establishment's fault, though. Wonderful, friendly staff at this location.

My 2nd least favorite place in Kingsport to eat. The staff is good, the environment is clean and delightful and it is a place where one can spend time without being rushed, but the food is not to my liking.

My wife and I like going to Panera Bread and just relax and enjoy our soup or sandwich. Their sweets are also very good and fresh. They really do a good job.

The food was great. The service was good. The building was clean. The manager comes out to talk to you if you have an allergy which is good. They allow you to change menu items to order. I order the Mediteranian sandwich and the mediteranian salad both are really good. I also ordered the chocolate chip Muffie which was not... More

Stopped to pick up some macaroni for a graduation party. Very creamy macaroni! The price is high per portion size, yet you get what you pay for here. Delicious! Wait times may vary, but there is comfy seating while you wait. If you really enjoy macaroni & cheese don't pass this up.

Always get bagels to-go and are never disappointed. The girl that cut the bagels this time just shaved the top off of the bagel, which was odd. But, they taste great, either way.

Panera Bread has a relaxed (no rush) atmosphere. Their prices are on the high side, but remember you are paying for the freshness and the relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy!

Love this place!! Everything I've tried has been yummy! The new pay ahead feature is nice, it helps when you are in a hurry.

Everything tastes fine, the atmosphere is fine, and the service is decent. My real problem comes down to value. A sandwich and cup of soup is around $10. It is cheaper to go eat at Cheddars or another sit down restaurant. The sandwiches and soups are just marginally healthier than other options. They either need to work on portion size... More

My wife and I had lunch here last week, and it was our best Panera experience recently. The sevice was the best of any Panera we have encountered this year, and the food was tops. The restaurant was very clean and well organized, and the staff was well trained
