So surprised. Usually go through the drive thru so have never noticed. Floors need mopping. Counter where you get your creamer was so dirty I nearly asked for a rag. Very disappointed.

Overpriced, unpronounceable blended coffee drinks (while they are absolutely delicious and consistent) this location; being the closest to ETSU, is generally always crowded and full of the student/"trendy" crowd; which is a turn off to middle aged couples with kids....wait is almost always 10+ minutes in the drive through. Can't complain about the product; but the crowd is not my... More
Nothing new ever time I go into this starbucks I comment on how dirty the place is. I have traveled from Seattle to Miami, if all starbucks were like this one I would never go back. Condiments bar is very dirty, needs to be restocked, floor looks like it was cleaned several weeks ago, chairs need to be wiped down... More
We stopped in at about 7 pm looking for sandwiches, only to discover that this location doesn't offer any of Starbucks' typical "fresh market' sandwiches or salads. The menu consists of hot breakfast sandwiches and a couple of microwavable lunch sandwiches, neither of which looked appetizing. I needed to do some late evening research and wanted to have a beverage while working so I made a visit to Starbucks, which I have not done in many years. Always delicious and wonderful employees! Problem is, there aren't enough locations and it's quite an investment of time whether you go or use drive thru. So plan for extra time when coming here.
We stopped here all four days we were here just to have a clover coffee. They are great because you get a perfect fresh coffee made to order including your flavor of coffee.they grind the beans in front of you and then brew the coffee in front of you. Nothing like a fresh coffee.
Very quick service on a busy morning - they were able to keep the drive thru moving as well as the long line inside with only a minimal wait.
I have never been before so I went to the one in my Kroger's I wanted something vanilla that didn't taste like coffee cause I don't drink it. The guy behind the counter acted like I was intruding on him I am friggin sorry to bother you but if I am going to pay $3.78 for a small what ever... More
