This restaurant was highly rated by most reviewers, but I was attracted to the name. Great little funky restaurant with inside and outside seating, really bright decor, and the wall murals were interesting, The menu had a huge variety of food from many locals, Jamaican, Mexican, Italian, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, but all higher priced than I expected, We ordered the... Went because of reviews. Service was great. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was laid back and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Little pricey though.

Had dinner with extended family. Huge number of choices in the menu, and everything was well-prepared. Have eaten here many times, and it is consistently a good experience!

Pizza, TexMex I am always very pleased with my trip to Cooties. The food is always very good and the menu is a bit more interesting. The service as rule is excellent. The venue is pretty nice if you like backyard art theme The service/portion are very good.

Cootie Browns is one of our family's go to places. The menu is varied there is something there for everyone. Amazing desserts and pizzas. Not your normal cookie cutter variety. Nachos and potato chips are two of out favorites.

We had family to come for the July 4 weekend so we thought lets eat something different. They loved how the place looked. It was clean, the staff was nice and different things on the menu. I ate 1/2 Cootie's Club in stead of the whole. It was so good. The family ordered different items. Everything looked great. We had... More

I came across this little gem of a restaurant while in Johnson City on business and it is a favorite! The atmosphere is so refreshing and the food is to die for! Their tamales are made in house and the Tamale Pie was heavenly! The Jerk Chicken is yummy! There's not a bad dish in the house! The desserts are... More

What a great lunch place. Good food, great service, clean. We honestly thought there wasn't any glass in the huge picture windows. When you think there isn't any glass, that's clean. Nicki, our server has a contagious smile that is warm, welcoming and makes your day. Try the Ruben. Delicious. We will go back.
