Chicken & Dumplings are the best !! I have been told they have other food....really? Why? I would eat there every night but then I would weigh 400 lbs. !!

This was the slowest / worst service I have ever had at a cracker barrel. It was mid morning on a Monday and not busy at all. The food was good once we finally got to order, but that took so long we almost walked out. To be fair, it is possible our experience was an anomaly, since we saw... More

We stayed in Jackson for the night, and found this Cracker Barrel. We didn't have to wait long to be seated. I had the meatloaf, which was pretty good. The prices are great, and our waitress was very nice.

Since we voted early today, we decided to use some our entitlements leftovers on breakfast. Wise decision. Bacon was ok but Company was AWESOME! No, seriously bacon was AWESOME.

Our waitresses name was Christie and she was amazing. We were having trouble understanding parts of the menu (have never dined at Cracker Barrel before), and she walked us through it- all with a great attitude. The food didn't take too long, and was awesome. I asked for my steak to be slightly burnt and it came out perfectly. Christie... More

We stopped for breakfast on a Monday morning about 7:30 and were seated immediately. Our waitress was pleasant. My husband ordered the Pecan pancakes, I can't remember what my meal was called but it consisted of eggs, grits, bacon and biscuits. My husband said the pancakes were okay but the butter served with it must have just been taken out... More

Our service was excellent. Our waiter's name was "Andrew" and he went out of his way to accommodate our grandchildren (11 and 15 yrs old). As usual, our breakfast was great. We try to stop at Cracker Barrel every chance we get.

My 10yo slept in but still wanted breakfast. I didn't want to cook. So, this was her choice. Had about a 5 minute wait. Pancakes were good. My veggie plate was great, as usual, and I couldn't eat it all.

We picked this chain for lunch. We know they will have RV parking if the place is near an interstate. Easy on and off I-40. Place was crowded. Food was good and service was fine.

We live in Jackson and this has got to be the worst Cracker Barrel we have ever been to. The service is horrible and the food not much better. Actually we walked out of this restaurant this evening after sitting there for 30 minutes and still no food. I really don't get it. I guess the management is sorely lacking.... More
