I like Mexican food and ordered the chimichanga plate on my last visit. The chimi was good but my only complaints were there was too much cheese sauce over the chimi and into my rice. Don't get me wrong- I love their cheese sauce, but this was too much. Great restaurant- we'll be back.

Las Palmas Hermitage never misses a beat and the food is always good. Jose is the best server there and always delivers excellent customer service. We visit Las Palmas 2-3 times per week when we are able.

My wife and I visited on the 4th of July and we had the half price margaritas! Sooooooo very good! The quest dip is very good too. A perfect place to relax after work.

Ordered the fajitas. Worst fajitas ever! No spices, tasteless. Came out luke warm . Tasted like they were made last week and heated up under a heat lamp. Too many good Mexican restaurants in Hermitage…..never again!

Barely edible. Complained and the feedback is a homemade recipe. Doubtful! Most likely it came from a Sysco Can, brought not made. Pureed, bland, no noticeable fresh ingredients, bottom salsa from similarly priced restaurants in the area. Salsa/Chips is a key element of the dining experience. It sets the first impression, of what is to come. Or can taint or conversely add to the overall experience. Bad Salsa like this one gave the impression that this restaurant doesn't care about customer expectations, and certainly doesn't go out and compare it's menu to any other similar restaurants in the area. Quality is sacrificed for lowering the cost of making this. You would expect this at say a Taco Bell, but not at this level of dining.

This was the first time I have been to this restaurant and they knocked my socks off.
From the hostess who greeted and seated us , to the waitress who served us and the manager who visited our table, this was a five-star dining experience.

We went for Late Lunch I Started with the Street Tacos and then We split an Order of Fajitas The Steak was overcooked but still Tasty, the Street Tacos needed more meat and Lettuce for the Price, but tasted Good. I like their Chips and Salsa.

Wife and I stayed at a nice hotel in Nashville for a Valentine getaway and then asked my son to choose a spot for lunch the following day. He chose this Las Palmas location, saying that he and his wife eat here at least every other Sunday for lunch and know all the waiters on a first name basis. We found the menu offered so many lunch specials it was hard to choose. The food was really good, with generous portions, and the table service was very good. I visited the restroom and found it clean and well-kept. We invited a friend to join us and we all enjoyed lunch. My son chose wisely..

My wife and I recently came here with family and several friends for lunch after church. They did a good job putting tables together for us and taking orders for our large group. The service was good.They did get one of my grandkids orders wrong, but sent out another plate quickly. The food was good and they keep you supplied with appetizer chips. We have eaten here many times and have not been disappointed.

A little bland for Mexican food but enjoyed it just the same. The restaurant is clean, which is a bonus, and service spectacular. Waitress on top of making sure our drinks were full as well as any other needs. Chips were fresh and as others have said, salsa is runny. But chunky or not, it was good. Giving an extra star for cleanliness which, for some reason, can be hard to find in a Mexican restaurant. This was our first visit and will most likely return for more.

Happy hour Sunday thru Wednesday. Employees are welcoming and service is fast and friendly. There is a children's menu, and Seniors get a discount, ask about details. If you join their e-club you will get emails with specials, coupons, contests and more. Food is good and comes out quickly.
