We went to dine-in. The tables are spaced apart. There was no menu board; however, there were some paper menus available near the condiment area. We ended up getting two different types of grinders. I also got fries which were very good. The bread made the sandwiches great as well as the way the cheese melted with crispy edges. The cashier was extremely nice and brought the order to the table. We also tried a turtle brownie that was fabulous.

We come in here a lot and not always a good experience. We love the food. Today I came in for lunch. I stood at the counter waiting for over 5 minutes after the 2 employees saw me standing there. They were making to go orders as I was the only patron in the building. They both looked up and saw me standing there several times but never bothered to wait on me or say "be with you in a minute". Not the first time this has happened. I'm tired of hearing the excuse it's because of "Covid" or can't get people to work. If you are open, you need to take care of customers. Sad.

This is my go to for pizza and the grinder that I tried was quite tasty as well. I really enjoyed the crust on the pizza and the toppings are plentiful. I usually get the curbside service and the pizza's are always hot.

Orders 2 small pizzas about 30-45 minutes before I went to go pick them up. I go inside and tell them my order and they haven't even made or even print the ticket to make it and they then say it will take 1hr for them to just out the pizza together then another 30 minutes to cook the small pizzas....like what!!!!!! Worse place ever!!!!!!!

I ordered a sandwich at 7:56 unaware they were about to close. The customer service was absolutely awful, they were huffing and puffing and talking under their breath. The bellacinos night shift in cookville was ridiculous

Husband called in to go order, associate very short, rude & not helpful! We cancelled our order & ordered Dominoes. We frequently ordered from this Bellacino's location; however will re-think this establishment due to this associate. I didn't get his name however time & date was approx. 6:30-6:45 p.m., 9/21/20. Realizing the importance of customer service perhaps this man should be re-consider with his employment if he is the front line customer contact!

Ordered pizza to go on two different occasions and wound up waiting 20-30 minutes on top of original estimate. Because the dining area is situated with a direct view of the prep area, I witnessed a worker who wore glasses touch his face and glasses multiple times while assembling pizzas. They also touched phones for to go and delivery orders with the gloves they were using to assemble food. A little gross.... aside from these, manager apologized sincerely for my wait both times, offered a free drink, and the food was hot and tasty when it was finished. Just prepare a longer wait time than estimated.

A casual setting where we can visit over good food. We ordered an all meat pizza. It was hot, fresh, and full of flavor!

Stopped here on our way through. The pizza and breadsticks were delicious. The place was clean, the people friendly, and the food came out in a reasonable time.

Wanted Wings and a Salad for the night and went to the store. They were short staff due to the holidays. The staff was friendly and great about explaining the wait and such. It was not that bad. The Wings were excellent. Great balance of spicy and flavor. The Chef Salad was huge and a meal unto itself. I applaud the afternoon shift of 12/29/18 for their composure in the face of angry locals and huffy travelers.

The pizzas are amazing as are the wings. They have trivia on Tuesday evenings which is pretty cool. They also deliver to surrounding areas for a few bucks. They make the food as ordered so it takes a few minutes if they are busy.. a great place overall!

This pizza joint offers some excellent pies and some very good sandwiches. Order online and save a few bucks. You will not be disappointed.
