Nice renditions of basic Southern fare. Paul's, a half order of French toast and all the breakfast meats and eggs, is a hearty start to the day. Only disappointment was the bottled juices. Friendly service.

My husband and I love this place. It's small, reliable and delicious every time. The pasta salad is killer paired with their stacked-high BLT. Never disappoints!

I've eaten at Java regularly since moving to the area. I've have yet to have anything I didn't like. My favorite breakfast is the Everything Omlette, and my favorite lunch is John's Italian Sandwich. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and made to order, and even when they are busy the food arrives hot and in a timely... More

Wonderful little cafe~friendly staff good food~ one of my very favorite restaurants in Germantown! Always a good experience; we are regular customers. Our out of town guests really enjoy Java Cafe.

I stopped by java for breakfast on Saturday, and i must say they were crazy busy. i ordered a Paul's breakfast and it was great. Even though they were swamped, for such a tiny restaurant, the food came out hot and in a timely fashion. i will be coming back.

I ordered a cafe latte and what I got was a very watered down, dilute coffee with a thin layer of bubbles on top. It was terrible. I didnt drink more than the first sip. My husband ordered the salmon omelette and while it was pretty good, they didnt cook the onions at all so he didn't really enjoy eating... More

My husband and I are still looking for our breakfast place since moving to germantown a year ago. Heard about Java and thought we would give it a try. We both had omelets and were disappointed. They were not bad, just not real flavorful. We felt that they lacked seasoning and needed more cheese. They were probably just too healthy... More

We had a very good tuna salad sandwich and cookies. My favorite were the Pecan Wedding cookies. We were looking forward to breakfast here but they are closed on Sunday.

Great deli. Great breakfast. John and the staff do it right. I pick up lunch there as often as twice a week and it is always right on. Everything is good, but you will go back again and again for the chicken salad which is available as a sandwich or on a bed of greens. Breakfast is overlooked but also... More

I really like their "Boss of the Moss" sandwich which is turkey, bacon, swiss, honey mustard, tomato, and lettuce. It was delightful! A great ratio of meat to veggie to bread. Mmm… so good! At $7.99 it’s not the cheapest sandwich I’ve had, but worth every penny.
