After waiting an unreasonable amount of time for food that was already prepared, not made to order. They obviously gave me leftover turkey. Maybe 3 bites because most were end with lots of fat. I used to love this place. Shame on them. They should have said they were out of turkey.

This is a trailer located in a parking lot. The BBQ was good and the sides were larger than most. The cost was around $17.00 for a family pack. It is certainly worth a try. They offer lots of other foods such as hamburgers, brisket etc.

I have to say, Gene Pierpaoli (owner/chef) of Buffalo P's is an old friend of mine that my husband & I used to go on trail rides with. He could cook ANYTHING on those trips, so I looked forward to his BBQ with anticipation. Gene, you knocked it out of the park my friend! Now, we try to order for... More

Although I live in Kentucky, I'm through Gallatin fairly often related to my profession. Whenever I'm in "gracious and growing Gallatin" I stop by Buffalo P's for the brisket. I eat barbecue very often, and although I could recommend many places that have good pork, very few (well, none that I know of) have brisket as good as Buffalo P's.... More

We were visiting friends, so this place is not a sit down inside place. It is literally a food truck with 2 picnic tables outside - which were full at the time we visited. We decided to get BBQ to go. It was excellent.

Yummy. They will also bring the truck out for special events you may be having. Always a line at lunch but they get you through quickly. Bring a friend or two and sit and enjoy your meal and the smells.

Great beef brisket, chicken, pork, sides and wonderful chess squares. There are 3 picnic tables outside other than that it is takeout. They have great iced tea, family pack meals and even fried fish! One of my favorites!

This is a walk-up BBQ place. Great food and good service. I have eaten here a few times and liked it every time.

I go to Buffalo P's a minimum of twice a week because its just that good. Best burgers in town and my brother and I literally tried every burger in town one week at a time. The catfish is awesome. Fries are hands down the best. Baked beans are just quality. Pulled pork has just the flavor you want. Best... More

My favorite BBQ in the area. I had brisket and my husband had pulled pork. It is take out or eat at picnic table. Well worth the money.
