Very nice lunch, wife and I enjoyed our meal. Much better barbecue than the place we visited the day before. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Cool place. Would definitely go back

You can't go wrong eating here. I'll never forget the food and ambiance. What a delicious route to take. I love my Sport's Bar!

I come to Nashville about 2 to 3 times as year(from South Dakota) and Chubbs is a MUST eat place for us. Absolutely love each item we have ever ordered. Proportions are more than filling with food left over to enjoy later.

Went on a Sunday evening, they weren’t too busy. Service was great food was really good. Absolutely no complaints and I’ll definitely be back. The cheese sticks were just so so. I’m a very big cheese stick critic, lol!

I was in Gallatin on business and searched Trip Advisor for a dinner location. After reading the reviews, I figured I would give Chubb's a try. This place has a neat history. After arriving and sitting at the bar, the bartender provided less than minimal...service. She was preoccupied texting on her phone and taking part in a lively discussion with 3 drunk, obnoxious, loudly cursing customers at the end of the bar. It took some time for my food to arrive. The pulled pork was okay, nothing to brag about. I had to slather it with sauce to make it edible. However, the fried okra was outstanding! Probably the best I ever tasted. The okra was the only highlight with this visit. Poor service, mediocre food made this a one and done visit at Chubb's. I do not recommend this restaurant.More

The pulled pork was dry, sides were straight out of a bag or can. The pulled pork nachos that someone else bragged about on this site were okay at best. Overall, it was okay at best. We will not be returning.

The family met at Chubbs for lunch after a soccer game. Very generous servings for appetizers and meals. Nachos were delicious! Good service too!

My buddy and I met at this place after searching the area for a place to meet for lunch. Neither of us had been there previously. Lots of free parking close by and easy access to the restaurant. It’s located in the historic downtown area...of Gallatin near the fire station. We walked up to the door and tried to open it and it appeared to be locked. We checked our watches and confirmed it was after 11:00 AM and gave the door another tug. Turns out the door was just stuck and we made our way inside. Funny as it sounds, the same thing happened walking out. If there’s one constructive suggestion I can make it would be to fix the door. The food was OUTSTANDING. The service was as well! I had a brisket sandwich that was among the best brisket I’ve ever had. My friend had a Cuban sandwich and he said it was the hands-down best Cuban sandwich he’s ever had. The deep fried pickles were really good too. The portions were generous and the music was at the perfect level to allow diners to have a conversation. My friend had a couple craft beers and he said they were very good too. Definitely a place I will visit again and take family and friends to enjoy a good meal and a beer!More
