We chose this place on a whim based on location to our hotel and posted reviews.
The atmosphere was great, the service was outstanding (thank you Grace :) and the food was delicious. The lunch menu was very reasonably priced and had good variety. My husband had fish and chips, I had the grilled chicken (very flavorful), daughter had fish tacos. There was nothing that could be improved. Very pleasantly surprised and will suggest this to family that lives locally and return ourselves when in the area.

I am visiting from out of town and was brought here by my friends that live in Franklin, Tennessee. They know my husband and I are big on steakhouses, and Connors did not disappoint!
Though the food was delicious and well prepared, our experience was elevated by the exceptional service we received from our server Hillary. She made recommendations on the appetizers and main courses, as well as suggested wine pairings for each course. We started with half dozen oysters and fried mushrooms. I am not a fan of raw oysters, so our server let us know that they offered the oysters Rockefeller style, which was not listed on the menu Our friend who has an extreme dairy allergy had a prawn cocktail, also suggested by our server so that our friend would not feel left out. Hillary recommended a prosecco to pair with our appetizers, and let us know this way our bottle of red wine could "breathe" while we waited for our steak main courses. I had the the "Del Monocao"- a dry aged steak which was a special and it was DIVINE!!!!!! My husband and our friends had a couple filets and some lamb, and Hillary made sure my friend's allergies were accommodated.
In end, the food, the wine, the ambiance was spectacular! But the five stars I gave on this review are because of the service, and when we are back in town to visit our friends we will come here for dinner and request Hillary! Thank you for the true southern hospitality!!

oysters are fresh and good. the seafood soup was the best and dessert to die for. I had the shrimp linguini entre and it was a very spicy dish and wasn't listed as so. since everything else was good I decided to try and eat the shrimp and just leave the pasta, but alas.... the shrimp was too spicy for me. when the server came over she asked if I didn't like it. I told her it was fine just a bit spicy for me. the manager came over and said he was removing the charge for the dish. I told him that was very nice, but since I ate some of the shrimp I didn't feel I needed a refund. he said I was getting it and also to pick a dessert on him. I didn't expect or need such kindness, but I could see customer service is first at this establishment.

Food was very good. I had a filet that was amazing. Probllem occurred when I had to use the restroom. I requested my check and asked for a to go box . Like I said the filet was outstanding but I was not able to finish it. I informed the server I was going to the restroom and handed him my card. When I returned to the table a young lady was seated at the table and was handling my food. I asked her what she was doing. She said if it helped any she didn’t touch my food. She thought I was done and was cleaning up. I paid $100 for my dinner and did not even get to finish my drink because there was dirty silverware stuck in my glass. I was not offered another drink or anything all I got was a sorry as they walked away.

We’ve had many wonderful meals at Connors, but today was the worse service and food we’ve ever had there. Server Caitlyn, was the waitress from hell. Asked for bread because my husband had been fasting since night before.
She returned with bread 15 minutes later. She got order wrong and never came back to fill water glasses or to see if everything was okay.
Dropped off bill and offered boxes and we decline because the food was horrible. As a former restaurant owner I know the liquor is where the money is made. I have notice especially with the female waitresses they lose interest if you are not ordering cocktails. We’ve had better experience with the male waiters, especially Chris! You would think with fewer
people eating out, better food and service would be a top priority. We always leave nice tips, but not today! Probably will not visit Connors again.

This is one of the best steak houses I have eaten at. The staff was great and very accommodating. We were initially seated close to a family with a crying child. The staff happily,over us to another, quieter location. All of our meals were different steaks and side dishes. Every steak was cooked perfectly and the garlic mash potatoes were out of this world. What a delightful place!

an alumni group of 14 enjoyed a fantastic lunch this week. Everyone had something different and all had good comments on their dish. Our sever, Emma, made sure everyone had their drink order in and bread baskets at the ready before we ordered.
(This was 4 couples and the rest individuals ordered separately with separate checks.) Atmosphere is wonderful, not too noisy to hear everyone at the table. All lunch selections were in the $14-$15 range and all had food to carry home . Salads were enough for at least two people! At the end of lunch, Emma successfully gave checks to each couple or person and all were correct! (Hope she was tipped well!)
We will be back!!

We were so happy when Connors came to the Nashville area and we have eaten here a number of times. It used to be outstanding in all respects, food and service. Today was a major change. All of our food was just bland. The shrimp and grits were probable the worst I have ever had. My wife had the crab cakes, no seasoning at all. The iced tea was so bad I sent it back. Service was slow even though the restaurant was sparsely populated. Our server kept calling me boss, if I were his boss I would have fired him. I think we are now officially finished with Connors in Franklin.

A group of six dined here for New Years Eve and had a perfect experience from start to finish!
Our server, Mary, was FANTASTIC! Even though the restaurant was packed she delivered outstanding service!
Can’t brag enough on the appetizers...fried green tomatoes with yummy cheese grits! Also very good voodoo shrimp, shrimp cocktail and deviled eggs.
The entrees each one so very delicious! We had the filets, NY strip, pork tenderloin, and prime rib. Two had crab cakes and said they were ok but not what they had expected. I thought the au jus served with the prime rib was more like a thin gravy and didn’t improve on the flavor. Salads were great! Everyone had strawberry short cake for dessert and it was heavenly!

There were 6 of us together for dinner last night, 2 fish entrees were not cooked right, one steak entree was not cooked to specification and had to be returned. The other 3 of us had great steaks cooked to our order. One couple was comped a dessert. Service was good.

well the bar is was the first issue, and the food was the next issue. We sat at the bar for a drink and because the bar, apparently, is divided and only certain bartenders can help in certain areas of the bar, we waited' for almost 20 minutes before a bartender asked us if we needed a drink........while others were served after being seated after us. Oh well. Next was the food issue. We has steak and a seafood dish, oh my, it's in the name of the restuarant so we assumed it was a good choice. Not so, my wife ordered the steak medium rare, it came out not just well done but brick like! I had the halibut special, so you wouls assume it would be ok, but no, it was dry, over cooked and tough. The reason I give this place a 2 star rating is based solely on the wait staff and the manager, both were impecible. So for the food, and FFF but the staff, a BBB! Oh well, but never again.

We had a delightful dinner at Connors Steakhouse. This was our first visit and we were very impressed. The salads we had with our meals were very fresh and tasty. I had steak which was cooked to perfection and my daughter had the grilled shrimp.
Our server was perfect! He checked us us frequently but wasn’t too overbearing or absent. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided great suggestions for dinner.
The entire staff was please get and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained.
We will visit again next time we are in Nashville!

We were a large group and the service was impeccable. The drinks we had were delicious but not listed on their menu. I had a Moscow mule and my friend had a mojito made with Tequila that came out perfectly. Those bar tenders have skills.
Dinner was a mix of different steaks cooked to Temperature and everyone loved their meal. The friendly staff and flawless food service made this a very enjoyable meal. Would definitely return as the prices for a steak house were quite reasonable.

Stopped by for a late lunch after a long day. The pork tenderloin was very tender with a great sauce on it. My wife had the hamburger steak with cream spinach and she loved it. Our waitress was very helpful with her suggestions and promptly took care of all our requests.

I was very disappointed in the service we received. Bread plates were stacked on the table. When entrees were served, salad plates were not cleared. Lobster Bisque was not served until after the entree arrived. Server had to be reminded. But most disappointing was the unwillingness to retrieve an adapted fork my 88 year old mother left at the table. We immediately went back in to ask (1-2 min. Later) and were told it couldn’t be found. Individuals with disabilities sometimes require a modified utensil to enjoy their dinner independently. There were plenty of waitstaff available. We were not the last customer and made a reservation before arriving on Christmas Eve.
