I waited nearly 40 minutes for my burger. When it arrived it was well done and not medium rare like I asked. The steak fries were overcooked and hard. I have been here many times and never experienced this before. Very disappointed. Been waiting now for 20 minutes to get my bill. Come on :)

We found this on a recommendation. I would say its pretty good. I had the Rib-Eye sandwich and onion rings. It was really good. We set out side and listened to a local musician and the outside atmosphere was pretty darn good. I would hit this spot again if in town.

I love their food and prefer to sit outside, weather permitting. The basement area is cozy and has good atmosphere to resemble an English pub. The music is very enjoyable, however the space is so confined downstairs that it is overwhelming. The noise level of the music is so high that you cannot converse with anyone else at your table.... I grew up on a cattle ranch in Washington State. The burgers are made with what I call real meat. Every bite had great flavor. We will definitely will come back.

We had sliders for lunch. Very tasty, fries were curly fries as a cute take on the name, and the waitress was good. If back in Franklin, TN we would prob visit again. Menu looked promising.

It is a pub style place with fantastic food. We had a steak sandwich, Philly Cheese Steak that was made with real steak and a burger that was unbelievable!! Steak fries were made on site and delicious. It is a local favorite and a great place to grab a place to eat in between tours of the Lotz and Carter... More

We were just passing through the area, and decided to dine here (it was their name!). They are noted for their burgers, but their other menu items had caught my eye. There are not many places that serve Shepherd's Pie and Monte Christo's! We ate outside on the patio. Our waiter was very friendly & attentive, and so was the... More

The manager is awesome. He came out and visited with our group for a long time and had a genuine interest in our satisfaction. The food is great, but the menu is limited to typical bar food. If you're looking for a great burger, this is the place. If you're looking for BBQ . . . not so much.

Wonderful burger and service. On a hot, humid day the variety of cold drinks complemented our food. Nice discount given when you visit the Lotz House!
