Wonderful little eatery on Main St. Service was outstanding. Had a hard time deciding on the beer & the waiter brought me some samples. Good and cold. I had the Dublin Pot Pie & hubby had the Shepherds Pie, both served with Irish Soda bread!! Awesome!! I will definitely go back again.

OMG. How did I miss the fact McCreary's served breakfast on Saturday mornings? Great alternative to other popular eateries in Historic Downtown Franklin TN. Franklin can get very busy with locals, visiting families and tourists on the weekend. So this was a great find. Skip the "American" menu items and head straight for the classic Irish fare. I had the... More

Found by accidemt on one night stay in Franklin. Only about 12 tables. Apparently you can go to bar and put name oneait list. Regulars know to walk in a nd sit at open table. Fish and chips PHENOMENAL. Wanted to try Bailys Irish cheesecake, but too full. All food hot and fresh. Definitely would return.

Went their with family and was very pleased. Relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. Reminiscent of an old English Pub.

McCreary's Irish Pub & Eatery in downtown Franklin is a great stop if you are in the area. It's located in a small, cute little building on Main Street. It is truly a gem. The bangers and mash are heavenly and I highly recommend them. They have a great drink menu, as well. This is an awesome, unique eatery to... More

We visited here for breakfast one Sunday morning. Our decision to dine here was mostly made by the fact we couldn't find anywhere else open but we were very pleased with everything about our visit. Our server was nice and efficient. I can't remember what my wife had but I got the bread pudding French toast and it was amazing!!... More

This was a great atmosphere with great beers and lunch. My boyfriend loved the Sheppard's pie, and I loved my roast beef sandwich. Our server was great and attentive. He told us about many things to do in the area. Loved this place!

The corned beef and cabbage eggrolls are the best I've ever had. The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff is just as though you are in Ireland. Great eats and family friendly.

Only one server and were very busy. Didn't stay because we weren't greeted or even acknowledged. Took it as to the caliber of the food and service

This little restaurant is excellent in every way. My wife and I were out shopping on a hot and humid Saturday afternoon when we strolled across this unexpected gem in the heart of Franklin. We were seated promptly by the maitre d' who made sure we received prompt service. The waitress was informative, professional and attentive. I had an excellent... More
