My family loves this restaurant. The children's menu is very inexpensive. The food is always wonderful and the staff is very friendly and always provides excellent service. Scott was our server last time we went and he was awesome!

Had dinner there, tonight, with some friends. A miserable serving of house wine $11.00. Two of us had " the chicken fried chicken", supposedly with macaroni and cheese and greens. A very large, semi tough chicken breast fried (touted as the best chicken) penne with a goopy sauce and greens that were horrible. Orleans pasta, okay and shrimp and grits,... More

Safire seems to appeal to folks who like poor acoustics and poor food and poor service. I guess it fits with the "new" franklin hipsters but this place is seriously over rated. Fried food is greasy and the staff is pretty indifferent to making things better

Followed the wife to the Factory antique stores where this restaurant is located. Away from hot, crowded downtown Franklin and delicious.

We went with friends as two couples and had some awesome service and the food was pretty spectacular too - sat out in the patio area the staff catered for every need - they knew shut the menu dishes inside out and gave full descriptions to what we may or may not choose. The old factory surroundings gave the restaurant... More

Eat the pork chop. So great! Went for a work function, but would be a great place for a date night. Located within the factory indoor marketplace. The decor and architecture are unique and cozy. Had a thoroughly good time.

We went to Saffire after planning to check out the shops at the Factory; we planned on a quick drink and then moving on to another place for dinner. The drinks were so good, so well-crafted and unusual that we decided to try a cheese plate...and stayed for dinner. The food was sublime, and the addition of blackstrap molasses to... More

Had outstanding service and food in the blue room. Service kept our drinks full (wine and craft beers for most) and Treja's recommendations for entrees a huge win. People literally pulled out cameras before eating, and I've never had such outstanding response from my guests in the flavor and presentation.

Heard nothing but great things about this place and all were true. It is pricy but worth what was spent. I am a picky eater and not very adventurous. But the service was awesome and i even ate greens. (Cooked the way they make it they were very good. ) Had the pork cop and it was enough for two... More

Safire is our go to on nights when we want to get out and have some time without kids. We found it when we first moved to Franklin and loved it. After a year a half of going though we have had some Spotty meals. The drinks and service is always top notch and their staple meals like the fried... More
