A friend and I were at an art show in Franklin today and decided to try Saffire for lunch. We both ordered off the brunch menu and our choices were very good. I had the Farmer's Omelet, which was tasty but could have used more spinach and mushrooms inside. I had the breakfast potatoes instead of grits, and those were... More

Saffire is located in an old factory that's been repurposed to a shopping center. Everything in there closes at 5 pm except Saffire which had a good business the Thursday night we were there. My wife had chicken fried chicken which was very good. It came with macaroni and cheese and Southern greens. She enjoyed them all. I had a... More

We were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away. The chicken is a must try! We enjoyed 4 different lunches with friends and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. Excellent service, good food and enjoyable atmosphere.

What a pleasant experience! We love when the best server in the place gives us honest recommendations. Go for the pork chop, it does not disappoint. Portions can feed 2! Mash potatoes and Mac and cheese are sinfully good. This place is a must stop. Ask for Rick's section!

Like many places now in Williamson County, the drinks and food are very expensive. We had two drinks (one each) at the bar and it was over $20. We ordered dinner and my fish was so over cooked it was hard to cut. Almost like a hard glaze. The server did not come back until most of our group was... More

My co-worker and I were headed to one of our anual networking events and decided to have dinner at the Saffire first. For the appetizer we ordered the bang bang shrimp, and it was delicious. For dinner I had the creole shrimp and grits which were good, however, the sauce did overpower the shrimp and grits making it somewhat soupy.... More

Located inside the factory, this restaurant has always had great food. They also have some very interest adult beverages . The atmosphere is rustic/industrial and prices are within the normal range for upscale eateries.

1 Thank David and there... M
