Ahhh the Instagram , blogger, or influencer ultimate spot . Local spot in west Knox. Their variety of drinks puts most coffee joints bed. Drinks range from coffee , latte, wine, alcohol and more. Crepes range from savory to sweet. The spicy vegetable crepe and...smoke salmon omelette are great. I had the best cappuccino and chai tea ever! Critiques: space is tight in the restaurant and minimal sides menu item to accompany the crepes which I believe is by design due to serving size of crepes. Overall I recommend and will attend again.More

Staff is friendly and helpful. It is so nice to find a restaurant that takes CoVid-19 concerns seriously. Masks are required and gentle reminders are in place for those who forget. Keeping to best practices keeps us all safe. Also the crepes are wonderful!

Confrontational, rude & discriminatory against people with disabilities. The staff stare at you, don't smile, and are rude to talk to. Overpriced for the service and the poor food.

Food is not great. Service was unfriendly due to mask obsession. It’s like a black cloud feeling hanging in that place. Trying to support a local place but it is so sad to see a business being run like this.

This restaurant has been the only negative experience that we have had in our year of living in Knoxville. We walked into the restaurant on a Monday at around 12:30pm. There were 3-4 tables occupied by other guests, but by no means was the restaurant...busy. As we walked in, since it was our first visit, we were unsure if we needed to wait to be seated or if we could seat ourselves. There were 3 employees staring directly at us from in front of the counter that said nothing, I mean absolutely nothing. There was no greeting, no "have you been here before, even a quick "you order at the counter". Nope, they just stood there staring at us for the amount of time it took for us to figure out for ourselves that we needed to order at the counter and then be seated. We walked over to the counter, and one of the individuals (who mind you was one of the employees staring at us to figure out how the process works), a male possibly early 20's, told us to hold on while he did something else. As he sauntered back to the counter to take our order, there again was no greeting, no warm smile, just a "What can I get ya?" Yes it would be too hard to be friendly to patrons of the restaurant you work at. We took a minute to look at the menu and order 2 turkey, bacon avocado crepes and one cinnamon sugar crepe. I was so put off by the entire experience (and yes I should have walked out well before this) that I did not even want to order a drink. I took my infant daughter over to get a seat and she had inadvertently removed my mask, and I was rudely told "you can remove your mask when you get to the table." Yeah I realize that and there is nothing you can do to stop a little one from removing your mask. My mom paid at the counter and told me later that the employee did not state and total and she thought she had heard him say "you pay over there." When she started to walk away he curtly told her "You need to pay." She finished the transaction and then asked where she could get the coffee she ordered, he pointed to the end of the counter and walked away. The crepes were okay, except for one of the crepes was incorrect (the waitress delivered a lemon crepe instead of a cinnamon sugar) and the whole experience was tainted by the rude, unprofessional staff that worked that day. I say this with all honesty, we have been in Knoxville for almost a year and every place (restaurant, store, etc.) has had friendly employees, good service, and a smile to welcome you back. This place misses the mark for Knoxville and I would not be surprised that if this trend continues that the restaurant will eventually close. Severely Disappointed!More

This was our first visit to this restaurant and their crepes are not to be missed! I had nutella and strawberry and my wife ordered the cinnamon sugar crepes. We each had a latte which could have been slightly stronger (but that's a personal preference.)...The food quality and service were exceptional and the decor was very French indeed. It made me long to visit Paris again... Great little place with friendly employees. Next time we're in Knoxville we'll definitely return.More

Roast beef & swiss, roast beef & mushrooms, French onion soup...absolutely delicious. We will return again. Clean plates! Oops, almost forgot the petit fours. We bought 2 packages of 3, complained that we should have purchased only one (keeping our waists in mind), then proceeded...to eat both with relish.More

We were looking for a change up in meals on our road trip and tried the breezy French Market Creperie in West Knoxville. Had such a nice time we stopped in again 4000 miles later on our return drive through Knoxville. It’s on the outside...of a mall, parking was fairly easy each of our visits. We gravitated to the crepes and even ordered Lavender Lattes both times. Noted a number of Millennials dining both visits. Decor is French themed and the wait staff very helpful with explaining their unique offerings. Loved the crepe Suzette’s which seemed to have a dash of spirits! Of course, the Macaroons and other chilled French dessert offerings were sampled. We ended up buying extra sets during both visits to present as unique and delicious housewarming gifts along the way. They were very appreciated by everyone. Also satisfied those likely to inquire, “What did you bring for me?” We just kept them safely in our cooler and they all traveled well to our various destinations as they were sealed. What a fun way to thoughtfully share the sweet French Market experience. If you’re not driving through during rush hour, access off I-40 can be navigated well and traffic flow difficulties can be minimized. This is a place we’re going take in when passing through the Knoxville area.More

Same great food in a spacious west knoxville location. The store is as cute as can be. We were lucky the weather was cooperative and we were able to enjoy the outside eating. Yummy, relaxing lunch.

The French Market Creperie & Cafe has been open since 2014, occupying a large space in the Kroger Shopping Plaza just east of Campbell Station Road. It was created by a couple who'd lived in Paris and who missed the feeling of that city's local...bistros. The interior of the West Knoxville Creperie is decorated in a manner that evokes a French bistro. The décor includes elaborate lighting, French flags, symbols and posters…and even a bicycle hanging from the ceiling. Customers can review printed menus or the chalk boards on the wall behind the service counter. You place your order and the pleasant and helpful staff brings your food to your table when it’s ready. This was our second visit to this Cafe, the first being back in 2015. I ordered a coffee (black) while my wife ordered one of the Creperie’s special French lemonades. ($2.75) We believe that it was raspberry mint. In any case, she really liked it! My coffee was a LavAzza dark roast drip. ($2.25) When Laurie saw the French Onion Soup and side salad combo on the menu, she decided to forgo a crepe as her main dish. ($9.50) She loves French Onion Soup (and I don’t eat it) so she orders it almost every time she sees it on a menu. She was very pleased with her choice! On to the crepes… The French Market Creperie’s flour is shipped over from France as were their cast iron griddles and rozells. (Little wooden crepe spreaders) The owners feel that the secret to their crepes is their use of this imported flour. It yields that ‘true and authentic flavor’. I ordered the Turkey Breast, Spinach and Artichoke Crepe with Swiss Cheese using the traditional crepe flour. ($8.95) It was tasty but a bit too bland for me and it needed something with it on the plate to make it more appealing to the eye. (Sorry, I’m not French…) Then we shared a dessert crepe…and I was much happier with this lovely creation. It was the Bavarian Crepe with added strawberries and banana. ($9.50) It was a luscious creation and I could have easily eaten the whole thing! We’ll definitely be back! Dessert crepes for me for sure…and Laurie will actually try a savory crepe the next time.More
