Whoa, 10/10. This place is so good! Upon entering, decor is cute, it smells amazing and we were greeted by the sweetest young woman at the counter. Husband and I shared the Nutella crepe, cinnamon banana crepe, ham egg and cheese croissant and got a sugar free crème brûlée iced coffee. Everything was amazing. We are from Indy but frequent this general area. When we are in town we will definitely go out of the way to come here.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and their crepes are not to be missed! I had nutella and strawberry and my wife ordered the cinnamon sugar crepes. We each had a latte which could have been slightly stronger (but that's a personal preference.) The food quality and service were exceptional and the decor was very French indeed. It made me long to visit Paris again... Great little place with friendly employees. Next time we're in Knoxville we'll definitely return.

Ahhh the Instagram , blogger, or influencer ultimate spot . Local spot in west Knox. Their variety of drinks puts most coffee joints bed. Drinks range from coffee , latte, wine, alcohol and more. Crepes range from savory to sweet. The spicy vegetable crepe and smoke salmon omelette are great. I had the best cappuccino and chai tea ever! Critiques: space is tight in the restaurant and minimal sides menu item to accompany the crepes which I believe is by design due to serving size of crepes. Overall I recommend and will attend again.

This restaurant has been the only negative experience that we have had in our year of living in Knoxville. We walked into the restaurant on a Monday at around 12:30pm. There were 3-4 tables occupied by other guests, but by no means was the restaurant busy. As we walked in, since it was our first visit, we were unsure if we needed to wait to be seated or if we could seat ourselves. There were 3 employees staring directly at us from in front of the counter that said nothing, I mean absolutely nothing. There was no greeting, no "have you been here before, even a quick "you order at the counter". Nope, they just stood there staring at us for the amount of time it took for us to figure out for ourselves that we needed to order at the counter and then be seated. We walked over to the counter, and one of the individuals (who mind you was one of the employees staring at us to figure out how the process works), a male possibly early 20's, told us to hold on while he did something else. As he sauntered back to the counter to take our order, there again was no greeting, no warm smile, just a "What can I get ya?" Yes it would be too hard to be friendly to patrons of the restaurant you work at. We took a minute to look at the menu and order 2 turkey, bacon avocado crepes and one cinnamon sugar crepe. I was so put off by the entire experience (and yes I should have walked out well before this) that I did not even want to order a drink. I took my infant daughter over to get a seat and she had inadvertently removed my mask, and I was rudely told "you can remove your mask when you get to the table." Yeah I realize that and there is nothing you can do to stop a little one from removing your mask. My mom paid at the counter and told me later that the employee did not state and total and she thought she had heard him say "you pay over there." When she started to walk away he curtly told her "You need to pay." She finished the transaction and then asked where she could get the coffee she ordered, he pointed to the end of the counter and walked away. The crepes were okay, except for one of the crepes was incorrect (the waitress delivered a lemon crepe instead of a cinnamon sugar) and the whole experience was tainted by the rude, unprofessional staff that worked that day. I say this with all honesty, we have been in Knoxville for almost a year and every place (restaurant, store, etc.) has had friendly employees, good service, and a smile to welcome you back. This place misses the mark for Knoxville and I would not be surprised that if this trend continues that the restaurant will eventually close. Severely Disappointed!

Thank you for taking the time to review our restaurant. We are very sorry to hear that you and your family were disappointed with your experience. We can assure you that we have pulled that Monday staff aside, read them your review, and explained to them our company policy, what they did wrong, and what to do to make sure no customer ever is treated that way again in our restaurants. This is our 12th year in business, and 6th year in Farragut. We take pride in our reviews, and have had hundreds of happy and satisfied customers over the years. However, we cannot take that for granted and having one disappointed customer, especially one treated as you were, is extremely disturbing and upsetting us, and it upsets our other management and staff who work so hard to create an atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. We would love to offer you a gift card so you can bring your whole family in again for crepes on us. We found you order from that day, but notice you paid in cash. If you would, please contact either of us directly at either restaurant so we can mail you a card, and try to make it up to you. Again, we am sorry you had a bad experience, but appreciate you letting us know. Allen Tate, Owner Susan Tate, Owner

My wife decided to surprise me and take me to get a crepe before going next door to our Easter shopping at Kroger. It was 3:45 and the door said 4:00 closing time. So we figured we’d eat quickly and be out, but when we walked in the first words from the counter were “we’re only doing carry out orders”. And they wouldn’t budge even after we said we’ll eat quickly and be out. My thoughts are - put a sign on the door if you’re only doing take away orders so that I don’t even have to bother getting out of my car. If you plan to not really serve diners 15 minutes before closing then why even let people walk in the door? Just lock it at 3:30 and let the people already inside finish and exit. It was off-putting to say the least, and it’s not like we were dying for a crepe it was just a “going to be” a sweet surprise. So we went to Buddy’s BBQ across the street instead and got a hot fudge cake and a smile and a “thank you”.

I have always enjoyed their food but there are some rude workers at the Farragut location...not to mention they don't adhere to some of the advertised hours. I realize kitchens close early, but not by 20+ minutes when you still have customers. When I asked about the timing, I was literally told "If you don't like it, go somewhere else"... no other response or explanation was given. Also, a I was told by that same person that a lot of the food is frozen. The downtown location is much better.

My boyfriend and I ate here recently and have to say even though we've only been here twice it is such a tasteful place. I highly recommend the strawberries and creme crepe. Also recommend going here for a date and getting two crepes to split. Such a good date atmosphere.

Staff is friendly and helpful. It is so nice to find a restaurant that takes CoVid-19 concerns seriously. Masks are required and gentle reminders are in place for those who forget. Keeping to best practices keeps us all safe. Also the crepes are wonderful!

Confrontational, rude & discriminatory against people with disabilities. The staff stare at you, don't smile, and are rude to talk to. Overpriced for the service and the poor food.

Food is not great. Service was unfriendly due to mask obsession. It’s like a black cloud feeling hanging in that place. Trying to support a local place but it is so sad to see a business being run like this.

Roast beef & swiss, roast beef & mushrooms, French onion soup...absolutely delicious. We will return again. Clean plates! Oops, almost forgot the petit fours. We bought 2 packages of 3, complained that we should have purchased only one (keeping our waists in mind), then proceeded to eat both with relish.

One of my family's favorites. Especially great for breakfast, brunch and lunch. The Spicy Veggie Crepe is awesome! And I like to get the Spinach/Tomato/Swiss (omelette or crepe) and add sausage... so good! Staff is wonderful, too! Went today and already wanna go back!!
