This place was not clean, see photo. Service area upon entering was filthy. Floors had food and trash, seating areas not cleared for next guests. Service from the bartender was very nice but meal took way too long. Food was average. To see this restaurant...in such disrepair took away from the entire experience and is a direct reflection on management and staff.More

The Maverick Ribeye sandwich was very small. Menu states it is 6 Oz, but I doubt it was even 4 Oz. I asked for it to be medium rare and it was over cooked and heavily seasoned, too. Bread was very hard. Broccoli was over...cooked. Very disappointed with this meal. Will not order this again.More

I hadn’t been out in a while and I had the best experience. The Outlaw Ribeye was AMAZING! It’s so big it’ll feed me tomorrow also. The building was clean, the servers and staff all wore masks.I felt safe. Our server Michael was awesome! He...remembered us from all that time ago! Funny, friendly, and I could tell he was happy under his mask. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and will definitely be back.. Soon.More

This place was the worse tonight! Waited a long time for our ordered to be taken, had to wait and ask for silverware, got the wrong salad and drink refill for starters. We ended up canceling our order and leaving. They weren’t that busy either!...Service was terrible! Their menu is very limited now too. Won’t be going back! Feel like management needs to step up or something....More

My wife dined in and also had a couple of meals to go. The food was excellent and my steak was cooked perfectly. There were several components to our to go order and all were perfect. She stated that Jeremy was super nice and very...attentive to her/our requests. Thank you Jeremy and Longhorn's for a great experience.More

Flo’s 8 ounce Pittsburgh medium-rare filet was delicious. $24! Served with salad and side. Chocolate dessert is huge and good. Strawberry shortcake is really good. Not busy. Should be soon.

Our food was great, all 4 of us had steaks cooked exactly how we requested. Service was prompt and efficient.

Our family waited an hour to be seated. Then the manager and servers wanted to argue with us after they failed to call us for a table. Terrible service- should have visited Texas Roadhouse.

I don’t usually like chain restaurants. My husband and I were traveling home from Florida, and this restaurant was close to our hotel. We ordered filet mignons and baked potatoes. We each enjoyed a nice glass of red wine, too. The steaks were perfectly cooked...- tender and juicy. Service was good, and prices were reasonable. I would visit again!More

We finally decided to dine at another nationwide chain restaurant…one that we’ve talked about eating at for a couple of years, but had never gotten around to visiting. It was the the Longhorn Steakhouse in Farragut’s/Knoxville’s Turkey Creek shopping area. We’ve probably driven by it...3 or 4 times a month for many years without stopping. From the bar to the dining areas, the interior of this Longhorn Steakhouse Restaurant is warm and comfortable. After the overwhelming number of ‘industrial look’ restaurants with open ceilings (and high noise levels) and a lot of metal, this décor was a welcome respite. The metal here is decorative and western, including the sculptures. Western art covers the walls and the ceilings are low and sound absorbing… Love the stone work too! Diners are started out with a loaf of bread and butter. It was nice to have and it was OK…but it also was fairly typical or average. We skipped any appetizers because we both decided to order steaks and they came with a side salad and a side dish… The salads accompanying our entrees were nice with fresh ingredients and tasty salad dressings. We’ve always wondered why many restaurant salads taste better than the ones we make at home…and the answer has to be the salad dressings. Laurie loves ribeye steaks so she ordered Longhorn Steakhouse’s 12 oz. hand trimmed Ribeye. ($21.29) The sides that come with the steaks at no extra cost are the steamed broccoli, a baked potato, seasoned French fries, mashed potatoes or a sweet potato. So 'of course', neither of us ordered a ‘free’ side. Laurie chose the Parmesan Creamed Spinach. (plus $2.29) Laurie enjoyed her steak. It was grilled to medium rare as requested, it was tender and it was quite tasty. The spinach side dish also was a winner. Laurie’s one issue with her meal was that there was a bit too much fat or waste on her steak. She had of course expected some fat as it adds flavor to the meat…but she felt there was just too much waste. I ordered the 18 oz. bone-in Outlaw Ribeye for my dinner. ($26.99) I also chose a ‘special side’ instead of the standard ones. My choice of sides was the Crispy Brussel Sprouts. (Plus $2.29) Unlike Laurie’s steak, my very nice steak didn’t have much extra fat on it plus it was grilled as ordered. I really liked the Brussel Sprouts but I didn’t finish them because they were so ‘rich’ tasting. (I like my wife’s version better!) Laurie and I both agreed that although we enjoyed them, the steaks were a bit too salty for our taste.More
