This is a nice family restaurant with good food. My parents have been patronizing the Captians Galley for several years now. We have been several times this year. We ride our Harleys, it's at least 70 miles and that's if we want to make it a short ride to get there. My Dad's appetite isn't real good, but often, he... More

We eat there several times a year. Today was one of those days. Great food and great service. Can't wait to go back.

If you want a plate full of fried seafood(sometimes I do) this is a decent place. Portions are big, never too busy and food is good enough.

Was driving home from North Carolina and stopped for gas. It was lunch time and I noticed this restaurant on the hill behind Pilot Fuel. Big place with several rooms. They can accommodate a big group or just one like me. They have a young and enjoyable wait staff. High school and college students working hard. Very refreshing. Nice casual... More

Our server was not up to par. The food took over 40 minutes, but was good when it was finally delivered.

I had many a positive review of this place and thought I would give them a try as I prefer seafood to most other dining options. I was seated quickly on a Sunday evening. I asked if if they any beer and they that they did not offer any alcoholic drinks. For dinner I ordered the Cajun shrimp scampi with... More

Captain's Galley is a restaurant that we keep going back to. The food is wonderful and waitress is vey friendly and cheerful. The hushpuppies they bring you, you can make a meal on them for they are so good. They are more known for their seafood than other. Can not say anything bad about them.

This is a pleasant atmosphere. I like the shrimp, fish, chicken tenders, and hamburgers. They bring out small bowls of hush puppies to begin your meal. Service is good.

Went to Captain's Galley for family dinner (7 of us) on Sunday around 4:30. Four of us ordered NYS steas. The only one cooked properly was the medium-rare. The rest of us were stuck with 'well cooked' instead of medium. Three of us got grilled shrimp, too. Now, that was great! The hush puppies were yummy. For sides, the mashed... More
