Easy to find and easy to access. Nice selection of ice cream, not made in house. Also offers shakes, floats and smoothies. Nothing over the top. Coffee is available. Not a "coffee house" as one would expect. Nice treat for the kids on our visit....Visited on Saturday evening with family and friends.More

There was a line out the door, but we got our ice cream and took it across the street to sit on a bench. The pistachio was out of the world. It tasted fresh and very creamy and had lots of pistachios in it. What...a great treat!More

Best ice cream I’ve had in a long, long time. Tried the pralines and cream and chocolate fudge brownie. Everyone was satisfied and dying to go back. I’ve had LOTS of ice cream in many countries and this is easily in my top three.

There are a couple of places we always to stop at when in cookville, Ralph's and Cream City. They have amazing ice cream with plenty of flavors to satisfy anyone. Enough reading go get some ice cream.

If you've never been to downtown Cookeville, it's worth a trip. The iconic Cream City sign makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. It's a great spot to walk around, shop, eat, and relax. The ice cream never disappoints and the atmosphere is...amazing! Cookeville natives and visitors alike love Cream City for a reason!More

Great homemade ice cream in a family-friendly, old-town atmosphere. We loved the menu with shakes, ice cream, smoothies and yogurt.

Great fresh homemade ice cream. Lots of flavors, free samples. Mexican chocolate had cayenne peppers! Delicious!! Better just order a pint, it’s that good.
