Quality went down hill after name change . There is a new Dunkin Donuts nearby. But I don't like DD donuts so I am out of luck

Donuts are good, they sell out fast! The atmosphere is questionable. Staff is nice. Kinda pricey. Over all ok
I tried these donuts for the first time a month ago. The flavor and texture was very good. Made my way back for a second visit. Even better than the first time.
Awful facility, poor coffee . just remember you are there for the doughnuts! Columbia also has 2 Dunkin Doughnuts but Shipley are much better quality.

I'm a very satisfied customer of Shipley's. Their donuts are awesome. They have a pretty good variety also. I've never been disappointed with them.

Having fond memories of of other locations in the Nashville area, I was eager to take my family to Shipleys. Unfortunately I found a very meager selection, average donuts, and almost undrinkable coffee.
