My husband and I recently made a return visit to this special restaurant where we were seated by Marcy. My husband ordered eggs, sausage, grits, and biscuit and I ordered French toast. Our food was wonderful While we ate Joey + Rory's music was playing. Marcy even posed for a picture. This was a special visit for us since we... More

So on this beautiful but hot Saturday afternoon me and my wife decided to try this little country restaurant and after reading the story about the owners and history of the building knew it was a great choice. We didn't have to wait too long since it was around 12 on a Saturday afternoon but there's a gift shop upstairs... More

Since I follow Joey and Rory this was an emotional experience. This tiny place is full of sweet memories and music of Joey and Rory! Marcy was so sweet and down to earth. She took a picture with us and signed the cookbook. We ordered coffee and homemade cinnamon rolls which were delicious!

We went to Marcy Jo's for lunch and enjoyed the meal, hospitality, and the atmosphere. The desserts were to die for as we had the warm Coca Cola cake and the strawberry cake with cream cheese icing.

We drove out to Marcy Jo's Mealhouse after reading about it on the internet, and it was well worth the drive. The place was very busy (always a good sign!) and the food was excellent! We also purchased some of the delicious baked goods to take home with us!

This tiny former mercantile store in the community of Pottsville seats less than 50 so we waited on the front porch during a horizontal rain storm. It was very much worth the wait. We actually sat on the elevated section which doubles as a stage for the occasional musical guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Marcy Joe's restaurant. Even though we had to wait for about 25 minutes, it was worth the wait. The breakfast was excellent. The coffee was hot and perfect. The wait staff always kept the cup full. The breakfast was supreme. I had biscuits and gravy with eggs on the side. My wife had pancakes and sausage.... More

Just a few minutes off I-65, it makes a nice trip break but is open only three days a week now. Sort of a more authentic Cracker Barrel with on site shopping. The menu is limited but has basic country bottles. Except for overlooked white beans our meals were quite good and service was friendly. It helps to be Country... More

Brought the family out for a old fashioned Tennessee breakfast. They make all their own bread's. Known for stuffed French toast and sausage gravy with homemade biscuits. Real country style meats. Check out the fresh cinnamon rolls.

One of the absolute best restaurants I've ever been to. Some of the sweetest owners and country music singers you could ever meet. Excellent service and food.
