The Bald Headed Bistro offers a variety of fare that reflects the owners love of Wyoming. Stepping in the front door will transport you to a high end (for our small town) Western Dining Experience. If the regular menu is a bit too expensive, try dining at the bar and ask for the bar menu! Bar appetizers and sandwiches are... More

Went here with family to take out Dad for Father's Day. Dad ordered salmon which he loves. Came out burnt and broccoli was burnt. Salad was good. Steak was okay but veggies dried out and burnt. Not a good food experience and don't recommend going there. Feel the food was overpriced for the quality we got.

There were 4 of us, we had the Elk, Ribeye, Filet & I had the Carbonara. The Carbonara was not seasoned at all. I didn't hear anyone say that their meal was really good. We also had the Goat Dip app and it was decent enough. Shared the Eclair dessert & I could have had better frozen from the grocery... More

A nice place for a special occasion to go too, pricy but good environment and service, although slow

Went for the first time for my birthday dinner with my family. I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Beyond the special coffee liquor drink we ordered post entrees, the entire meal was incredibly average. You're paying for a name. I ordered the $60 prime rib and have had better steaks at Longhorn. The service was fine... More

We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Bald Headed Bistro. It was delicious! Tanner was our server and did a great job explaining menu and specials. Food was prepared just the way we ordered. Atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Perfect place for a special dinner. We look forward to our next visit.

Was here about 4 years ago and the places was crowded and the food great. Was invited to a birthday dinner there with friends. For a Friday night there just about no one eating in the restaurant. Service was fine but the specials for the evening were HO HUM and expensive. Had the special with shrimp and there may have... More

I had been interested in BHB for over a year, but not enough to drive over an hour to get there. We were returning to Knoxville from Atlanta, and the timing was right to give it a try. BHB is at the corner of a major strip mall, but once you near the front door the decor becomes welcoming....a nice... More

We've been here a year ago and it was SUPERB. This time around, meh. Our waiter was a decent boy but the food and overall experience was kindof just there, especially for the price. We'll try again next time we come through here, good chance just an aberration.

I thought my dinner was just alright. Not worth the money. The other three people who are meat lovers loved their food and this is a great place for them. I got foigras and it was just a little slice of liver and not like any I have ever had. I like it prepared the French way. I then ordered... More
