Wow! Talk about going downhill! I have been a regular customer at Jenkins, (30+ years) seeing it through three different locations! This is the last time I plan on eating there!!! I can't believe how much it has changed! The service has absolutely gone swirling down the toilet! It was a case of "the kitchen lost your ticket or the... More

Rude wait staff. No hosts with any knowledge to greet guests. Waited forever on food. Do not go here.

For 14 years my husband and I have been going to Jenkins and the food was so poor tonight that we wont go back. We tried to address the issue with our server who showed no interest in dealing with it. We ordered the salad bar with our meal we probably should have stopped there. We had an appetizer ,... More

The food is great. They have everything from deli sandwiches to dinners. Everything fresh and good. The decor is what makes the place. It's a bar scene but you can't help go down memory lane by looking at what's on the walls and all around. A little pricey but is worth it.

We have eaten here a couple times while visiting at Lee University. Good place for a family lunch. I've had the chicken salad and a chicken sandwich both of which were decent meals for lunch. My husband got the Reuben sandwich on both visits. The atmosphere is good and the food was decent for a family lunch. We will return... More

Jenkins seems like a popular Cleveland restaurant. The atmosphere is kitschy with lots of knick-knacks on the wall and an elevated toy train that goes around. Four of us had dinner recently there and I would declare it just "ok." I asked the server about the beers they had on tap and if they had anything local and the answer... More

We stopped for dinner here while in Cleveland dropping our daughter off at Lee University. Had a nice dinner on the outside patio. Good food, nice staff and good prices. Only complaint was it was to cold to dine inside.

I use to love this place but over time it has slipped in the servings. The French Dip was the best years ago but today you receive a skimpy portion of beef on the sandwich. The hamburgers also use to be larger. I feel it is over priced for what you receive.

If in Cleveland you have to try this place. Neat atmosphere with lots of local history pictures and articles, even an electric train moving throughout the entire restaurant. Try the Chicken Salad - Bueno!! I'll be back!! 5 star for sure!

Description
Jenkins Restaurant and Deli has been family owned and operated since March 15, 1976, serving many generations over the past 39 years. Recognized in National Geographic, Southern Living, Guns and Gardens, Tennessee Tourism website, and many local and regional publications. Known for our outstanding cuisine, long standing excellent service, warm hospitality, and community involvement.

The all-time favorites are still on the menu; Jenkins' famous chicken salad, French dip, buffalo burger, and specialty soups and market items. New to the menu is a much-requested large fresh salad bar that has something for everyone.

Our new location has a fun family atmosphere featuring a large model 'G' gauge train circling the dinning, a two sided fireplace with covered patio, and tons of local memorabilia tucked into every corner. Ask about our party room that seats up to 40 people, perfect for business or club meetings, wedding or baby showers, birthday parties or a social gathering.
