I've been a weekly customer to this Pizza Hut for years now. It seems like something is always wrong with the pizza these days, but it's usually minor stuff - too much sauce, too few ingredients, etc. It's not a big deal, you get that...at any pizza place over time. Today though, I got a deep dish pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, and received the pictured travesty instead. It's a pizza measuring 13" across (531 sq in) with 6.5" (133 sq in) actually having any cheese at all on it. So I paid additional money for extra cheese, and got a pizza that *literally* did not have cheese on 75% of it. What's more, I watched someone open the box and check it before handing it to me in the drive through. Someone literally looked at this pizza and thought it was ok to give to a customer, clearly just crossing their fingers that whoever got it wouldn't complain. I took it back to the shop and explained all of this very intensely and angrily, because as the picture clearly shows, it is absurd that this pizza went out to a customer at all. The manager, Seth, finally took the old pizza, handed it to someone else and told them to remake it, without saying a single word to me. About 5 minutes later someone asked if I had been helped, and I told them I didn't know because know one had told me anything. This prompted a good guy driver to let me officially know that someone was indeed remaking my pizza for me. 15 minutes later another employee asked if I'd like a drink while I waited. I let her know that I was good, but I very much appreciated her making the offer, since no one else had bothered to even attempt any sort of customer service. After about 20 total minutes, Seth came out and handed me the pizza. As he held it out, he asked me if I wanted to check it in a condescending manner. I told him yes, and that I was truly sorry for the complaints I was going to make but I had to vote with my wallet and my reviews. He was incredibly dismissive of this, and when I pointed out that no one had even bothered to apologize, he looked me in the eye and said that it was because I hadn't been anything but rude to him since I got in. Sadly, sometimes being rude is called for, and this was one of those times. I was indeed rude to Seth, because the situation was ridiculous and never once handled with any amount of professionalism or care by the place I was patroning. Seth's position is that it's uncalled for a customer to be rude because his Pizza Hut fails at both quality and customer service, and that his response should be dictated by how nice the customer is in explaining those things, as opposed to his response being dictated by how badly he and his Pizza Hut screwed up. You can make up your own mind if that's the approach you want to potentially deal with instead of eating your dinner.More

This Pizza Hut always goes out of there way to make sure your order is right. They will remake the pizza without a question about if there was a mistake.

The staff is going down hill, which is unfortunate because everyone used to be sooo friendly and accommodating. Never know what you are going to get when you place your order.

Sometimes I just get pizza and sometimes I get pizza and wings. We have tried other places but we like Pizza Hut the best.
