Great pizza and good local brew beer.. My suggestion is the beer cheese dip to start off with and a pizza of your choice

Fantastic food and service is always available. Their locally brewed craft beers are a match for any big name brand. It's quite popular, so expect some noise and a bit of a wait for dinner time, but it's well worth it.

The food is always top notch for Clarksville. They brew their own beer which is always good. But there's a waitress named Hailie there who provided great service and on top of everything else, she could be a model. I'm going back to see her for sure. I will do anything to get her number.

Excellent service and food was very good. Difficult to talk over the noise at lunchtime. Some of the noise is due to the unique construction utilizing old brick, etc. Well worth a visit and you can always talk later.

I went to this restaurant for dinner with some business associates earlier this evening. All in all, a pretty good experience. Honestly, the beer was just OK. I've had lots of local brews in different parts of the country that are frankly much better than what I drink there this evening. The food, however, it was really good. I had... More

Black Horse, a small brewery/restaurant in downtown Clarksville, Tennessee is best known for its beer cheese dip, pizzas, and draught beers made on-site. My favorite is the Tunisan Pizza, which has a sweet curry sauce and chicken. The beer selection changes seasonally, but it is always good.

Our waitress made us feel like we either too old to be there or not from around there. Too bad because the place was nice inside, food pretty good. But it's all about the total experience. Another waitress helping the booth next to us, treated the people really well, they did seem local. Hopefully you will not have the same... More

My mom suggested this restaurant for dinner and the pizza was delicious as were the mini sliders that I enjoyed. It's definitely one of those restaurants with a warm, heavy ambiance rather than something more open-concept. Apparently, you can also have events there. The bathrooms were clean.

Awesome restaraunt, great servers. The beer cheese dip is awesome & Pizza was great too! Our hotel was about 7 miles away but easy to find and worth the drive. Highly recommend.
