Price is kinda high and always crowded. Just a chain restaurant with to many teen age non skilled staff.

Hi we visited the outback restaurants 2790 Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Clarksville, TN 37040 location and it was the worst food and service. First we walked in at 2pm with no one to help us for about 5 minutes. After we were sitted we ordered our meals where it gets worst.. 1. Our salads and salty soups came out with the... More

Worst outback I have ever been at. Greeter was a jerk, server was pleasant but...served the bread and butter with a small sliver of butter in the cup. Oh sorry she says. Salad a a few drops of dressing on it, steaks were not cooked correctly and we're just fair. Bad choice, would have been better off at White Castle.
The place was busy and our table of 7 waited maybe 10 minutes, but the service was outstanding and the food was very good. Everything met or exceeded what you might expect at Outback, including taking very good care of allergy-free requirements. Very impressed!
have no idea why they call Outback a "steakhouse". My wife and I ordered our steaks "medium" and both came out as rare/raw. My wife ate hers as she does not send food back. I sent mine back and the second one came out rare again. The manager "Ashely" came out both times and said she would talk to the... More
We always enjoyed this Outback - the food is good, the service is excellent, and the prices are OK. But on our last trip there, they had added a sign to the door saying that anyone who caries a weapon is not welcome there. Since TN has reciprocal agreements with virtually all states surrounding us, there are MANY travelers who... More
We visit Outback Steakhouse probably 3 times a year, and just never get that "wow" factor, which is why we're only there 3 times a year. Saturday evening our group of 8 adults did call-ahead-seating - which I appreciate. They said 7:45, and true to their word, they seated us at 7:45. We arrived early, so we visited the bar.... More
Typical Outback with variety of food options on menu. We were seated promptly. When my entree came, I took a bite of my garlic mashed potatoes -- and there embedded in the potatoes was a 3-4 inch hair, covered with potatoes. I called the waitress over and she said 'sorry' and said she'd replace the potatoes - and hesitated just... More
I had not been to Outback for a while so thought I would drop in for lunch. Surprise, there was only 2 other people eating at the time. Wow! So why was service so slow? Beats me. Lucky for me I was not on a timed lunch. I ordered first an appetizer of cheese and bacon fries. The cheese was... More
The 8 of us arrived just before 6 p.m. on Friday, 29 February. We had to wait almost an hr to be called for a table. Once we were seated it took about another 15 min before anyone asked us about something to drink. We got our drinks about 10 min later. The waitress came back later to take our... More
