We can't go to Chattanooga without visiting Aretha's. A quirky little restaurant that is popular with the locals. Huge buttermilk pancakes. Huge biscuits. The breakfast menu is diverse and it is hard to make a decision on what to eat. Service can sometimes be slow, but it wasn't on this occasion. We usually sit outside, but this visit we were... More

We drove from our Hamilton Place Hotel on a Sunday morning. It took about 25 minutes to get there because the exit off the highway to this place was closed. We arrived around 9:00 AM and we put our name in for 4 persons. There were a few people on the porch waiting and some in the courtyard. Unfortunately there... More

Breakfast is ridiculous. Bring your appetite. Hash browns, cheesy grits and pancakes are a must have. The pancakes are AT LEAST a half inch thick and the biscuits are massive! The decor alone is worth the trip. You won't be disappointed.

Recommended by friends for the good food and unique atmosphere. We were not disappointed with either. Great homemade breakfast made to order, with an atmosphere all its own: Skateboarding Skeleton Light fixture for example, and SleeStack posters adorn the wall. Go early it gets busy fast and only seats about 20 inside.

This little - I mean Little hole in the wall has the BEST breakfast in town. The menu, prices and service are outstanding but don't be in a hurry, the whole place only seats about 16 inside and bout that outside. Well worth the wait though!

Really looked forward to going there with my husband and 3 young sons. Super disappointed. When we walked up there were people on the porch using terrible language. Not sure if they worked there or not. Walked in and there's loud, heavy metal music playing (this is at 9am). There were NO high chairs! We have 17-month twins so we... More

Great food and cozy restaurant. It is worth the wait for the food. The servers are great and speedy to get you want you want. The building of full of posters and items to looks at to keep conversations going.

Great waffle, butter, little powdered sugar requires no syrup. Don't let the wait time scare you off. It's worth every second. Parking is crazy. Just keep circling. Joe, the put you on the list guy was also our waiter. He did a great job! Hubby had polish eggs with potatoes. Loved them. The biscuit/gravy was too black pepper spicy for... More

This is a cool little place hidden in a nice neighborhood, the food is excellent!! We ate breakfast, and it was by far the best in town! I love the cereal box covers framed throughout, and be sure you have an appetite, it's MOnSTER portions! Will def go back next time we're visiting!
