Stroud's is a place that I frequent often in Chattanooga. They have a decent menu (mostly sandwiches) and everything that I have had off of it is delicious. There is very limited seating inside and outside, but this is a great place to pick up food and take with you. The staff is always friendly and this is a quick... More

Strouds has some of the best sandwiches in town, and the staff is very prompt and friendly. It's a great place to grab food to go. I usually walk around to the back of The Chattanoogan where there are plenty of quiet and shady spots to enjoy lunch.

Easy access from The Chattanoogan lobby. A good choice for something quick in the morning. Good value for the price paid.

Stouds has an excellent menu of paninis, soups and salads. The staff is friendly and very efficient. You can be in and out the door in mere minutes. Their coffee is so-so in my opinion, but I have to admit, I am a Starbucks snob. I was very surprised at how good their chili was...I will be going back for... More

Good Coffee, smiling faces and friendly service. They had a nice pastry selection and a decent Ham and Cheese Croissant. It was a nice place to start the morning and convenient to my hotel.

This was just my experience. The person was not the most friendliest - but the coffee was good and the place convinient. hey, everyone has a bad day. There are other options VERY near by - as I opted for the next day based on the grumpy person.

How can a 4 star hotel have a café that is closed on the busiest Saturday of the year in the entire city?

Great coffee, fresh fruit and scones. Just a short walk from the lobby. Wish that it was open on Saturday morning.

This is a small sandwich shop located adjacent to the Chattanoogan Hotel. Several sandwiches are available in a relatively short time frame which makes this well suitable for those that only have 20 or 30 minutes for lunch. I would highly recommend the cajun turkey wrap. It is really good.

Strouds is on the corner of The Chattanoogan Hotel. It is a great alternative to the pricier breakfast buffet in the hotel. We stopped in to grab coffee and breakfast before jumping on the shuttle to the aquarium. Our options were bagels (3), yogurt, muffins (2),fruit and a ham/cheese crossiant. These are are options I am happy with however not... More
