We struggled to find this restaurant from the sat navy directions. Our experience started well, we ordered food and drinks which took a while to arrive, but we weren't in a hurry as it was Saturday evening. The food was ok, not great especially for the price charged. Then things got worse as we didn't see our waitress again, but... More

A relief to find authentic Italian food that doesn't rely on enormous amounts of roasted garlic and oceans of oil. Ravioli, bruschetta and tiramisu were all good. But prices were high. Service was not good: Dirty dishes were left on the table when the new course came. The menu has some fussy, chiding little admonitions, such as that if you... More

We ate here tonight and did not feel welcome. We felt unwelcome. We had our 7 and 3 year olds with us and it's not a kid-friendly place. No kids menu, slow and unfriendly service. It took us 15 minutes to get our check after we were ready to go. The food is decent but not anything special. Overpriced.

Every time I go to Boccaccia, I have to have the Involitini Val D'Aosta. This last visit, the chicken and prosciutto was dry. It lacked moisture. There was not much fontina cheese or it seemed that way because it was so dry. Maybe the chicken was prepared earlier in the day and not served fresh- kind of disappointing for the... More

This place is the real deal. The owner (straight from Italy) is so fun and will sometimes come and have a glass of wine with you. Don't be alarmed if you hear some yelling or banging around in the kitchen, all is well. He is very passionate about his restaurant and his food. He also gets a little offended when... More

I first visited Bocaccia with a small group of college girlfriends, all of whom appreciate trying a new restaurant when we are able to get together. We made an early reservation and ended up being the first party seated for the evening. Our server was thoroughly attentive throughout our dinner, always a plus when dining out. The restaurant is small... More

This was a wonderful dining experience. Great food and atmosphere! Calamari appetizer was light, crispy and extremely tasty. Will definitely be going back!

Three of us had a wonderful dinner on a Friday night. Reservation helped. We ordered Bruschetta, Cappellini Pomodoro, Cappellini del Sud, Pollo Picatta and a dessert. Everything was perfect and everyone had nothing but praise for the food quality and taste. Service was superb. The place has simple but nice decor. Overall, this was a memorable dinner and would recommend.

Wonderful Italian Restaurant gem on Broad Street. Food is great. They don't have kid seats for small children.
