This Northshore restaurant serves a variety of sandwiches, burgers, salads and soups with the vegan or vegetarian in mind. Modest accommodations in a 1960's feeling environment. Just a short walk from downtown with parking as well. Vegetarian chili was the best I've had.

I loved this place. The patty melt was amazing but the chili was the best!!! Had it not been for the dirty bathroom, would have gotten 5 stars!

I love the Internet. Read reviews and walked the .7 miles to Sluggos from the pedestrian bridge. Worth the walk and braving a few missing sidewalks. We were there for Sunday brunch. I had stir fried kale with a mild peanut sauce over brown rice. My mom had scrambled tofu over corn tortillas. And she wouldn't SHUT UP about how... More

The experience overall was good--order at the counter, pour yourself water from the big jug and settle in to a cozy booth or sit at picnic table out back on the porch. We found the food inconsistent. My Seitan was great--but my daughter did not like her entree and ended up eating my side salad and the rather bland bean... More

Basic, low key (at least at 2:00 pm it was), downtown-hip-industrial decor; order at the counter, etc. Well-prepared and tasty vegetarian food.

Portobello quesadilla was delicious. Homemade gravy in the golden bowl was also pretty great. The lentil soup was bland and the hot sauces were all completely empty, but overall pretty good.

We were passing through Chattanooga on the way to Ocoee. We started searching for vegan food. This restaurant popped up with great reviews. They have a great selection of vegan food & accommodation options for my husband the non-vegan. I had the pecan crusted seitan with mushroom gravy & a salad with soy Russian dressing. It was very good. He... More

The taste of the meal was sooo good that I didn't realize there was no meat at all. You'll thoroughly enjoy this place even if you aren't vegan. We came here for Sunday brunch and everyone said they're food was good from a group of 4.

We were looking for a vegetarian restaurant and this turned out to be totally vegan. Some of the food tasted like they were trying to put a lot of spices in it to make it taste good. My vegetarian daughter enjoyed her bbq tofu sandwich, but her cousin thought the nachos tasted weird (not sure what the "cheese" is on... More
