Had takeout and it was as fresh as dining in. I had the chicken tender meal. The tenders were very tender! Keep up the great work Champy's!

Waits can sometimes be long and service isn't always great but they have the best chicken ever! All of it's good, roasted or fried. They also swerve 40 oz. of beer which is fun. The downtown location has a dive feel and a big college crowd so know what to expect. This is our must eat place when in Chattanooga!

Champy's has the best fried chicken around! We love that it's cooked fresh and made to order so it's just perfect! The price is quite reasonable too!

There is a new (second location) on Old lee Highway! Convenient to I -75. Get off at Exit 5 and go over a block or so and a tiny bit south. Love the Fried chicken, and the Salad with fried chicken!!!

Food was alright. Nothing to rave about. My problem was with the waitress when I specifically asked if the hushpuppies had jalapenos in them. She told me no. Thank God I tried them before giving my son one as he is allergic to them. They definitely had jalapenos in them. You guys might want to train your staff on your... More

Took my daughter here for a lunch date. We started off with some spicy wings. These really are spicy and not the pretend spicy of many other places. You could taste the smokiness in the chicken. It was good. My daughter had the catfish and I had chicken livers. They were both very tasty. The sides were also good: baked... More

Blues playing in the background, friendly servers, sports on the tv, dollar bills on the walls and rustic fun make for a fantastic southern atmosphere for food, beer, sweet tea and succulent fried chicken or catfish. It has the look and feel of a dive bar with very well executed menu items. It's a great hang out!
