My husband and I were very excited to eat here. We arrived about 5:30pm on Saturday, September 12th. There was no hostess, only a sign that said "See bartender to be seated". We headed to the bar and she says she will be with us shortly. This was fine. We took a seat at the bar and waited. And waited.... More

The food and service was excellent!!! The pasta was magnificent. My husband never eats pasta, but cleaned his plate here. The whole experience was memorable. We will be sure to return!

The food is overpriced, and not done well. The owners wife is so rude, it was hard not to smack her. The male owner was very nice, albeit a bit henpecked but the rude wife.

Had the alligator bites app, crawfish tacos, and beignets with an Abita beer. Everything was amazing. Even better than the food was the owner who was such a pleasure to talk to that alone would make me want to come back next time I am in town. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We found the place and from the moment we sat down felt as thought we were special guests. The service was attentive and thoughtful. The meals were tasty and plentiful. I had the gumbo and my wife the chicken tenderloins both were great. We really enjoyed the night and it was special for the chef to come a discuss the... More

We were welcomed the moment we walked in the door. Had a few drinks at the bar as we had just eaten lunch 1/2 hour before. We were given great ideas for the afternoon which included walking the bridge and splitting an ice cream. We worked up an appetite so we went back and we were welcomed back by name!... More

The owners are transplants from NOLA and the food is good. We tried the seafood pasta, the étouffée and beignets accompanied by NOLA beer, and wine. Appropriate level of spice, you can always add more. The beignets were a bit too doughy for my taste, they seemed to be more biscuit texture than fluffy. The space is clean, well designed... More
