This is a nice restaurant. Clean and the service was pretty quick. My falafel pita was very good and my husband loved his Greek pizza. Prices are great too.

The crust is flaky and tender and the Calzones are piping hot. Ditto for the stromboli. Same light flaky crust and one price for any and all fillings. Second visit we had... More

The best part about going to Bristol, since the racing ain't what it used to be, is all the meals we eat at the Mad Greek restaurant!

We went with a large group for dinner. Everyone had something different, and no one was disappointed. I had the fettuccine Alfredo and it was amazing. The waitress was wonderful. I will go back here when I am in town again. Great for families.

We love the Mad Greek in Johnson City but took two friends from Florida to the location in Bristol. Food was great for all four. Two had personal pizzas while I had a chicken greek sandwich. Delicious. But even better --- their desserts are amazing. I had a cheesecake with strawberry, another had a fruity cake dessert and all were... More

When my friend recommended the Mad Greek for our lunch on our way home to Maryland,I was a bit non-plussed despite good reviews. Not a huge fan of Greek food and the same restaurant had a version on the other side of the parking lot from our hotel in Johnson City and we never even considered it. Whar a surprise,Terrific... We come here a few times a month and always tend to get spaghetti, calzone's, Greek salad (love the ricotta cheese). Never had a bad meal and we have been frequenting since 2008 or longer. Desserts are great as well.

We found this little gem on trip advisor while visiting the area and were not disappointed. Our waitress was so helpful in giving us suggestions and when we saw the dessert display we wanted to save room, however the entrees and breads were so filling and delicious that we ended up getting our dessert to go so we could eat...
