Have tried this location six times and they never fail to disappoint. Clearly Mgmt and staff have no idea how to operate efficiently - wait times of 10 minutes just to order with only a few people ahead in line is unacceptable. Also, they are always out of popular bagels....nothing like planning your inventory based on historical sales! This is... More

This is my favorite bagel joint! Always fresh with a great assortment and density. I prefer the texture. It's crisp on the outside and moist with some chew on the inside. Straight cream cheese or lox, you just can't go wrong plus there are several combos to "chews" from as well. No I'm not Jewish but I could be! Mozel... More

Love Bruegger's Bagels. The chain offers bagels that are endorsed by bagel snobs everywhere. Bruegger's sandwiches, soups, cream cheese, all delicious. Yet, when I enter this Bruegger's in Brentwood, I feel a strange vibration and as I begin the ordering process, I realize, the discomfort I am feeling is the fear the associates have in serving me. They know all... More

I almost always get the salmon/tomato/capers sandwich on a double toasted everything. I like Bruegger's over Einstein's for that. The coffee and coffee serving setup is not as good as the Einstein chain because it is hidden behind and operated by the cashier.

While visiting Nashville had breakfast at Bruegger's. The bagels are not quite Brooklyn Bagel standards, or even Crestline Bagels in Crestline Village Alabama, But the people are great, the service excellent and the pricing reasonable. Had an egg and cheese bagel which was hot and tasty.

Bruegger's has my favorite bagels! There's just nowhere else I've been that comes even close. I'm always so excited when anywhere I travel has a Bruegger's. We went out of our way when we were visiting to Nashville to come to this Bruegger's and I'm so glad we did! Yum!

Good bagels, but they seem a bit understaffed untrained so the service is slow. Also their staff needs training in consistency, we always order the same menu items but have to carefully watch them to get what we want (ie. sometimes they don't put the capers or the onions on the Salmon Bagel)

Their western egg sandwich on a bagel is great for breakfast. You can ask them to add green peppers for zip. There may be a line but it does move pretty fast.

We walked into the restaurant and gave our order to the girl at the register & payed. Little did we realize that orders are placed in a separate line before paying. The young woman at the register was a bit of a space cadet. When our food didn't come and we realized our mistake, the order was completed incorrectly. More... More

I am not sure how long they will be around with Einsteins now moving into Franklin.. The bagels are ok but the coffee is terrible.
