We picked Foleys, because they have been rated #1 in Sioux Falls the last 6 years (the waiter also told us this, when we said it was our first time there). The menu has some really incredible choices, that made it difficult to choose. I went with the Asiago-encrusted Trout with lemon cream sauce, and it was better than we... More

We joined another couple for drinks and dessert before we went to the late movie. We all loved what we ordered and will do it again soon!

I like to try something different when I am in a new place. Tonight it was the Louisiana Filet at Foley's. This was my first time at Foley's. I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express next door as part of a business trip (see separate review). We decided to walk next door and try out Foley's. We were not disappointed.... More

We stopped at the Holiday Inn Express on our way to Yellowstone National Park. There were 6 of us that ate at Foley’s, next to the Holiday Inn, that night and the food was good except the trout. The 3 of us that had the trout complained about the excessive amount of salt they used. Nobody completely ate their trout.... More

Hubby and I went for our 20th anniversary. We had the tuna tartare appetizer. It was delicious and the portion size was humungous. It was more than enough for 4 people let alone 2. Hubby had the filet balmoral. Steak was cooked perfectly and the loaded hash browns were fabulous. I had the surf and turf with the filet oscar.... More

Reminiscent of The First Edition and The Northlander long gone replaced by loud music, marathon TV sets, and mundane menues. Exquisite service, exciting menus, exotic wine selections. That's what you'll find here. Music from the lounge Era where conversation was king. Not one irratating cell phone conversation was heard. You'll love it as I did when food, conversation, enjoyment of... More

The first time I was here we were celebrating my Grandson's birthday with a party of 7 the next time was another Grandson's High School Graduation with a party of 11. Both times the wait staff was outstanding and the food all came at the same time hot, large and delicious portions, and we were treated almost like we were... More

For a special occasion or for an elegant night out on the town, Foleys has always been. Great choice. It's a high end, high class restaurant that always has an amazing steak, chop or fish entree that can't be beat. The ambience is top notch. Service is impeccable and the wine selection is amazing.

Came here on a business trip, and although I only had a salad w/ sirloin I felt very satisfied. Of course I had a well paired glass of wine to go with my meal that topped it off perfectly. Complimentary bread didn't hurt either. Overall, it was more pricey than I was prepared for, and I was very underdressed considering... More

We recently visited this restaurant while traveling from Nebraska back to our home in the Rochester, MN area. It wasn't what we originally had in mind, but was one of the few places to eat that was open on a Sunday night. The steaks were good (maybe not excellent, a little like Omaha Steaks) and filled our hungry spots. The... More
