While I was completely unimpressed by the way they stuck a square and round table awkwardly together in a tight corner when we had a reservation, that was really the only negative. Our server Stacy was great and the food was excellent. My husband was...More

We felt comfortable here, pleasant ambiance, excellent service, ok food. Ribeye steak one night, not so good, the next night, just right. Fried, breaded Walleye, ok. French fries excellent. Sides, brussels sprouts, polenta with sweet corn, untouched after first taste. Downtown Sioux Falls on Phillips...More

We were a table of 12 last Friday evening and the food was great and so was our server, Kelsey. I felt bad splitting up our bill into 5 or 6 couples but she handled it perfectly. Very pleasant young lady. Great food too!

Never disappointed. Although some salads have a bit too much sugar for me, I can usually find enough real food to be satisfied.

Went out for anniversary supper; Minerva's has a great salad bar, great service, and a nice menu selection. Prices reasonable. When done, take a stroll as there are many neat shops in downtown Sioux Falls.

The dress code is quite informal. I saw people in suits and I also saw blue jeans and western style shirts. We usually dress in business casual as the atmosphere is very nice. But it is South Dakota and people there are... More

Description
A DOWNTOWN TREASURE SINCE 1977. Perfectly situated in the middle of downtown Sioux Falls, Minervas has been one of the city's most popular dining establishments since 1977. People love to make Minervas part of their evening out, whether it's a performance at the Washington Pavilion, a sporting event at the Events Center or a night at the movies. The eclectic downtown vibe offers outdoor seating in the summer, the best drinks in town, and live music on the weekends. The original Minervas still stands proudly on the corner of Phillips Avenue and 11th Street. The iconic restaurant was first established as Minervas Corner Creperie and eventually became the Minervas we know today. Guests look forward to our hand-cut, in-house aged steaks, fresh seafood, chops, classic pasta dishes, the freshest salads, and house-made desserts. Creating amazing memories is part of our colorful history. Making more of them is our promise for the future!
