The burgers are the best and the only place downtown where I can get my burger done the way I want, and doesn't need any condiments since the meat is always flavorful.

Will just put it simply, the food was great. The waiter we had was professional, but a tad scarce. But, the food was great.

We absolutely LOVE Minerva's. Fantastic food & beautifully prepared; outstanding salad bar (for sure not your average salad bar) and excellent customer service. Clean restaurant and beautifully decorated. Our favorite restaurant in Sioux Falls!

I would say this location is fancier than another Minerva's location I've been to. My husband and I went for an early birthday lunch for me. We each ordered side salads, a sandwich and fries. Our server (Ruth I believe) advised the salad bar was...More

Quick stop on the sculpture walk for a cold beverage and something light. We decided on a specialty flatbread, chick, pear and a few different cheese. Server was pleasant and attentive. Menu had lots of choices including a nice looking salad bar.

Description
A DOWNTOWN TREASURE SINCE 1977. Perfectly situated in the middle of downtown Sioux Falls, Minervas has been one of the city's most popular dining establishments since 1977. People love to make Minervas part of their evening out, whether it's a performance at the Washington Pavilion, a sporting event at the Events Center or a night at the movies. The eclectic downtown vibe offers outdoor seating in the summer, the best drinks in town, and live music on the weekends. The original Minervas still stands proudly on the corner of Phillips Avenue and 11th Street. The iconic restaurant was first established as Minervas Corner Creperie and eventually became the Minervas we know today. Guests look forward to our hand-cut, in-house aged steaks, fresh seafood, chops, classic pasta dishes, the freshest salads, and house-made desserts. Creating amazing memories is part of our colorful history. Making more of them is our promise for the future!
